Im somebody who likes to take their health seriously. I’ve bought all types of strange powders and concoctions from a series of different suppliers. I feel as if, when I take this powder (10% more than serving size in a cup of chicory coffee), I feel slightly more alert, and have a considerably higher sex drive. In my mid 60s now and still crazy for my wife. This supplement only works for men who are over 30 who have begun to naturally lose testosterone. It helps free up the testosterone already in the body and makes it usable. I’m 41 and I immediately noticed increased strength and stamina. In a week, I was lifting more than I did in my 20’s. Be aware, however, I also became very short-tempered and aggressive. If using this substance, watch out for mood swings. I had to discontinue after a few weeks.

It’s not fair to give this vendor anything less than a five star rating, because the package came quickly and great packaging.
However, this product might be fine for putting in capsules and saving a little cash, but do not think you will find anything that will cover up the awful taste of this stuff!
This is one product that I want to take, but I will spend the extra buddy to get it in capsule form from now on. Period.

I’m not a vegan, holistic medicine person, or even a fan of a well balanced diet.
I do enjoy the effects of the popular Green Lumber supplement. It is unfortunately very expensive. I’ve been trying to replicate the effect using the ingredient list on their website for the past few months. I’ve tried combinations of long Jack, lions mane, etc in pill form.
I now realize that it is exclusively this product that gives me the desired results. For the past 2 days I have taken 1g in the morning and all day and night I’ve felt insane sexual energy levels; to the point that I may drop to 3/4g. As an added bonus my workouts have been great too.
It comes with a wooden spoon and very loose instructions. If you’re like me, you will want to get a small gram scale that does .01 gram increments. I bought a well reviewed one for about $13 on amazon.

No blood test comparisons and I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect but as someone who has been lifting for 30 years and used to take creatine for a couple of decades, I noticed an increase in my lifts. I’m in my late 40s and haven’t really been lifting as much or as hard as I used to. So naturally, my lifts have been gradually going down. After taking this for a couple of weeks, my lifts have been increasing again and to be perfectly honest, I think I’m getting better results with this than I did with creatine. Again, I don’t know if it’s my head but I also feel like by libido has increased. I guess it works?
