It has been a week since I began taking these tablets. From day 1 I felt detoxing symptoms. I am using these tablets to detox heavy metals and to generally feel better and have more energy. The first day I took 3 tablets, the first symptom I notice was gassiness. The next day I had a sore throat, however it did not last that long, it turned into the sniffles, lasted about 5 days. During those 5 days I noticed an increase in urination, so make sure to increase fluids. These pills work fast, I took 2 pills some days and 3 pills on other days. Within the first week I do feel better, but only after feeling very tired on some days. About 6 days in I had a very bad day, this was the day I was constantly going to the restroom, and had terrible stomach cramps as well as chills. I noticed the cramps and pain subsided after using the restroom and I had to take a nap. I do believe that was the first wave to toxins leaving my body. The next day I was not as tired I actually got up an did my usual routine, but I was not huffing and puffing. My muscles were still a little achy. I just want to say that I do have a hereditary disease and most of the pain I felt was the same kind of pain I feel when I am sick, however, it was not as severe or prolonged. I wanted to write what my initial effects from the tablets were because maybe this will help someone. Moreover, my plan is to take these pills for as long as I can. I know it says take 10 pills, but I am working up to 10. I feel as though my body it very toxic and I have a long way to go on this journey. I do recommend these pills to anyone who has time to be patient with themselves because some of the effects I had, I would advise taking time off if you work, at least the first week. Start small 2-3 tablets.

I have been taken the spirulina and chlorella tablets for weeks. Yes, they are more tablets than capsules. Actually, they are smaller tablets than I expected, which I like a lot. Very easy to take with water without any unpleasant taste. I also feel less bloated and more energetic. So far, I will definitely rate this as a 5-star.

This is the 3rd brand I have tried for spirulina/chlorella. The first brand I tried was good (same size/quality of tablets), but much too expensive. The second brand I tried came in capsules, and they were difficult to swallow, so i had to take them one at a time with a drink – sometimes they got stuck in my throat.
This brand, Good Natured, is just right 🙂 Very effective and high quality, easy to swallow & affordable. I have noticed a significant decrease in brain fog, increased energy throughout the day, I believe it is improving my skin’s appearance (lots of collagen and important proteins, etc., in these tablets), and I have been sleeping so well at night! My only question that I am still trying to figure out is if there is heat applied during the drying process, I read somewhere that some of the proteins/benefits can be destroyed during that process if not done correctly and that many companies do not do it correctly because it cost more to do so. If anyone knows the answer to this, I would love an update.

I really feel like this product is high quality in all the right ways… HOWEVER I am on day 4 and I’m experiencing a lot of bloating and sorry to say diarrhea. I do think some people can handle taking 10 capsules a day, I may just be a bit more sensitive so I’m going to drop my dosage to 7-8 see if that makes a difference, but I am having some stomach issues. I eat very clean no gluten no dairy no cow or pig so my stomach is easily disrupted.. but for anyone else who eats very clean just be mindful..
