I really like this supplement, it’s giving me more energy to workout. It gives me a boost to practice physical activities and I don’t feel sore. I don’t know if this is related to the vitamin, but I’m not feeling pain on my knee like I used to. Overall, I really like this supplement, specially for a active life style.

I’ve heard a lot of promising research on the supplementation of spermidine to promote autophagy and to get you to gain more consistent energy throughout the day. During the first few days of taking spermidine, I noticed a slight increase in my energy in the mornings with me feeling a lot more rested. In the late afternoons, I felt a surge of energy that helped me throughout my workouts and helped me be productive until I went to sleep. The interesting thing is that I definitely noticed that I was able to breathe more efficiently than before like my lungs were processing oxygen quicker. Another benefit was the positive effect it had on my skin because during my time using spermidine, I did not have any breakouts and I could tell that my skin was in a state of repair. Overall, I highly recommend giving Spermidine by Prime powders a try because there are so many benefits to the product and the company only sells high-quality products.

I tried this stuff on a random guess after some light research and gave it a shot. I work a pretty demanding job, physically and mentally, and I’m always on the look out for an “edge”. Caffeine is ok, but I can’t do much or I get jittery and anxious. Adderall didn’t work because, well, I need to eat.
I was also on a health kick and not drinking when I first tried it. One pill in the morning, 8oz water as recommended. Ate about 30 min later…and my goodness, I was feeling amazing. Firing on all cylinders, laughing, joking around, but getting it done. I was, amazed at my mood improvement and that it lasted all day. I’ve done my fair share of “research” on ingesting new things. I was expecting a crash, there wasn’t one.
All of that being said, I’m only a freshly minted 36 y/o male. I will say, that what all the older folks say about the skin and hair…noticed it right away, within the second week. I will also say, I started drinking again, and, it could 100% be just me. But be mindful that if it’s giving you an energy boost while sober, it seems to do the same thing after drinking alcohol.
I took one pill a day for the first 3 weeks or so…I couldn’t imagine taking 4 pills a day as the bottle said not to exceed. So I tried 2 a day. Too much for me. I cut back after day 5. Everything was fine physically, but I found myself becoming short with others (at work); easily irritated. It didn’t make me act out or anything, but I noticed it in myself. Cut it back to one a day and was fine.
I stopped drinking again and started jogging…I started jogging. I haven’t ran since I was 22. And it felt great.
I was wondering why this stuff worked so quickly with me, but now I’m realizing no one had shared their age when I first read the reviews 2+ months ago. Now I’m seeing a couple of 60+ sharing feedback. Makes sense. Maybe it hits different at half the age.

I LOVE that this product contains 99% spermidine, in contrast to other brands, that often have a huge amount less and are cut with other ingredients like “wheat germ,” etc. This powder is pure & came as listed & expected from the details on amazon.
I am not old, however, as I get older, I am looking to see what ways I can support my aging in a healthy and most natural manner. I heard that spermidine can help with this. So far I am feeling more myself, as in, I am more energetic, I feel less fatigued, and I am having a happier disposition. I believe that this has been helping me And I have not felt any wierd side effects or anything like that. I look forward to seeing what the long terms effects will be. So far I’m enjoying this product.

I am writing this review after using Prime Powder’s Spermidine supplements for two weeks. I realize this is a relatively short test period and continued usage might provide more noticeable results. As such, I’m giving the product a four star rating only because I believe a product like this needs to be used longer to evaluate it’s overall efficacy. I will be happy to come back and raise the rating to 5-stars if it is warranted after further evaluation. I was not able to see any noticeable change in skin tone as other people have stated in their reviews, but I believe the supplement had an impact on my sleep. I have always struggled with restlessness at night where I would wake up multiple times. After I started taking Spermidine, I noticed that I seemed to be sleeping through the night without waking periodically. I haven’t made any other recent lifestyle changes, so the introduction of Spermidine to my daily routine could possibly be the cause. I plan to continue taking Spermidine as the improvement in my sleep alone is worth the money.

Good ingredients (no baddies) and a decent sized pill, not hard to swallow like some of my past supplements. I am not sure if it is this, but I feel like I work out more effectively and have a touch more energy in general. Does not have any negative effects so far. I will continue. I hope it gets me in autophagy as I hope it will when I fast. Taking about 3 weeks and I have been keeping my weight down without any other major changes. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I’d like to wait to see more results.
