I didn’t quite know what to expect after trying this shilajit. It was the first time I’d ever tried it. I can say without a doubt that it has made a huge difference in my daily life. I work an early shift (6AM-2:30PM). Prior to having tried shilajit I would consistently find myself closing my eyes after lunch around 11AM. After shilajit, however, I have a much better ability to mentally focus. Sure I’m still occasionally yawning but I’m still wide awake. It definitely gives me more energy but not in the way cocaine or a high dose of caffeine does. I’d say it’s more of a mental energy dose. The taste of this is not bad at all. I’d read some reviews and was hoping it tasted better than that and I wasn’t disappointed. It does have a strong smell and I can’t really describe it but it’s taste is kind of like city tap water with a little extra chlorine. I usually just dissolve it in some water and then drink

UPDATE (021724) THIS IS ABSOLUTLY CRAP, I TOOK 8 TODAY 4 HRS AGO. DID NOT DO ANYTHING LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE understand that everyone is diff, I decided to take this pills , because I returned to the gym and I need a lil bit of energy to keep me going. The effect is not noticeable, not enough. please keep in mind , everyone is diff. I will try something else. This is a fail for me, I have taken twice the amount recommended and still doing anything

Heard about this stuff and am probably going to buy on a reg, def makes me feel better honestly within seconds if I put under my tongue instead of mix w a drink. Usually wash it down with something tho.

I have tried similar products and did not get the proper results. Now I have been using the product for 5 months and I want to say that I have the first result. I feel better. Earlier I was bothered by paints in certain parts of my body and now they are much less. I am gradually staring to feel my new body. We will see how it goes on but I am very satisfied so

It seems to take a while to notice Shilajit at work but when it does, WOW!
Think of it as a filing system being used to clean all the unwanted junk accumulating in your body. It begins working in one area before branching off to the cleansing of yet another fragmented area. Slowly as time progressed, I have begun to see more areas of positive improvement.
The first noticeable effect was a better, restful, sleep pattern which was a great place to start as far as I was concerned. A good nights sleep flipped the switch, producing less fatigue during the day. Keep in mind, that’s after only one month’s time. I’m looking forward to continuing future purchases of Shilajit as I progress in my quest for a better alternative for good health the natural way.

Lots of Energy, doesn’t smell very good, taste is not good, but it does work. With a little hot water to dissolve and cold water to drink it down. Gonna have to try another brand when this is gone….

I put my finger in it it’s consistent with resin. I did the smell test. It does not smell like poop. It does not taste bad at all. I put it on my tongue and drink some water. I will try to post in one weeks time.
