Wow, what an amazing product. And, from what I can tell, it has the highest amount of elderberry per dose. You’re getting a huge amount of elderberry to fight off colds and flu and this is what I wanted. The bottle arrived very quickly even though shipments are delayed. This product works and it works fast. The second day I was placed in a situation I couldn’t control and had cold air blowing on me. I was dressed warmly but this only provided a small amount of protection. However, my elderberry extract was in full effect. I came home later and had a slight chill throughout my body. I thought, I must have a cold. I ate, went to sleep, and took some more elderberry the next day. The next morning I was coughing up flegm. The elderberry extract had killed a potential cold before it entered my body and took hold. This product works! I think you have earned a customer for life. I am a dedicated consumer and felt I needed to share for any other “picky” people out there. I am a nutrition educator and dork; I love to investigate and try new ‘whole food supplements’ to try for myself and to advise for people trying to take control of their health. Prevention is of course key and Elderberry is a great antioxidant, particularly for those pesky cold and flus. Though viruses can not be cured prevented other than being healthy enough so the immune system can do its job, one can improve their health and immune system by creating a healthy host. We have been fighting off bad stuff and viruses since birth which is also in part creating a stronger immune system. So, if you are looking for a great whole food antioxidant, this is wonderful; it smells and taste like elderberry too though it is in capsule form which is why I added it to my regular line up that I take daily. I take this along with a variety from the mushroom family; 99% of tree grown mushrooms are medicinal and lions mane, turkey tale, and reishi are all great antioxidants as well.

I just tried these supplements because they claimed to boost your immune system and help you to fight off colds and flu. I also suffer from psoriasis, and did not take that into account though it is an auto-immune disorder. With low expectations going into this, I have to say that my psoriasis has improved by about 50% since I started taking these. Noticeable enough that I reordered. Still don’t know if this helps with cold and flu because I have had neither, not that I attribute that fact to this supplement, but nevertheless, I will keep taking this supplement because I have only experienced positives results thus far. I believe that this supplement will indeed boost your immune system because of my experience, and will continue to take until cold and flu season has passed. The taste is earthy, not horrible.
