Long before I found out I had celiac disease and a histamine intolerance, I found out ginger helps a lot for tummy aches. So ginger has been one of my go to herbs for a long time even though I don’t have tummy aches often anymore. It’s good for colds too. Plus it’s considered a superfood.
This brand seems really good. I actually opened a couple capsules into a mug with some hot water and had it as a tea. It tastes pure and just like I would expect. It was very tasty and warming.
I’m really glad it’s organic, gluten free, and doesn’t contain any fillers.

While I would always prefer to get my nutrition straight from food sources, sometimes that isn’t practical on a daily basis. Ginger is one such instance. I love ginger, but there is no way I have found to quickly and easily fit fresh ginger into my daily routine. I have taken ginger supplements for years, and I feel like these are as good or better than the others I’ve used. I especially appreciate that they are organic and made in the USA. I think the price for a 40-day supply is more than reasonable. I am very pleased with them.
