I take Quercitin daily with good results. This product is no exception. It has a few extra supplements included for immunity. I have not had any side effects and can take these without eating much food and I don’t have GI upset. Capsules aren’t too large. I will continue to take especially through the winter. Highly recommend!

So I couldn’t find anything in terms of a quality report for this company, but so I don’t know how trustworthy the company may be, however I took the supplement and felt fine without any occurring issues. I would hope at some point they provide their standard report of testing on their supplement.

I like this blend of multiple ingredients and they are most of what I take daily for health benefits. Easy to swallow, no bitter taste. There is a lot of healthy ingredients in these. I personally like the blend. Elderberry is both antibacterial and antiviral so I always make sure that I have it just in case. Quercetin is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. So I take it because I don’t always get it from the food sources: onions, apples, berries, and etc.
