I’m a huge fan of these capsules – on doctor’s orders, I used to have the isphagula husk stuff in a sachet (Fibrogel), which had to be stirred into a huge glass of water then drunk very quickly before it turned to thick jelly. It was revolting, tasted of sickly orange, and I ended up with a mouthful of little gritty bits. But I persevered as I have chronic digestion issues and let’s just say, I’m not regular, far from it! Then I discovered these little beauties and now I’m such a convert, I rave about them to anyone who’ll listen (and my doctor is very happy with my inner health).
The basic concept is the same – taken one or two with a large glass of water (don’t even attempt to swallow them without lots of liquid) and job done. They swell up in your system to create insoluble fibre and bingo, no more constipation. You can adjust the number of pills you take to suit your own needs – they suggest two twice a day, but it suits me better to take one, four times a day and that works spectacularly well for me. No more bloating, no more discomfort, no more constipation and crucially for me personally, no more diverticulitis. Which, trust me, is a godsend.
They’re worth their weight in gold and I have them on repeat order, will never be without them now. A big bottle lasts months so they’re also cheap – oh and they don’t taste of anything, plus they’re easy to swallow. Absolute winner in my book.

Was recommend to take and odered these to try. I just take one a day to spread them out instead if the dose on the bottle. Good results from the product. Make sure to swallow whole and dont bust capsule in mouth.

I started taking a daily regimen dose (1 capsule) of psyllium fiber a day several years ago, after having an attack of diverticulitis. NutriONN is a new brand for me, but after a couple of months, I am very satisfied with them capsules. They are easy to swallow with water or any other liquid, and seem to work very well. The product is wonderful, but the packaging from the Amazon warehouse sucks. Supplements were placed in oversized box with 6 bags of ground coffee (which were ripped open), and 12 bx cookies (which were broken and smelled like ground coffee). The bottle of supplements was coated in ground coffee, and after cleaning the bottle, it STILL smells like coffee. So what the good folks at Amazon provided me with is a bottle of fiber supplements that smells like coffee, 12 bx of broken cookies that taste like coffee, 6 ripped bags of very expensive coffee, and an overpack carton full of ground coffee grounds and cookie crumbs. Thanks Amazon !!!
