I’ve been taking these for a month now and can not really tell any difference in my skin, my joints or hair growth. As a matter of fact I am still bald and don’t see any new hair growth at all. I was really hoping that it would help with my knees but so far I can’t tell any difference.

I began taking this at the same time as Osteo Bi-Flex. I don’t know if it’s the combination of the two or which one is working, but something sure is! I have a lot of joint issues and two months ago, I was having to literally pulling myself up steps, out of chairs, and walked with a very pronounced limp. Now, I can walk up the steps without using a handrail at all. I can stand up from a seated position without pushing or pulling up, and my limp is only noticeable if the weather is really wet. I am definitely buying more!

I have an assortment of GI problems and am constantly getting infections as well as a variety of other issues. Traditional medicine only does so much and I often find that preventing the problems by being proactive is a better approach. So, I frequently take Black Seed oil capsules in an effort to reduce the chances of getting sick.
I have not tested these for any extended length of time, but they seem to be staving off some of my recurring problems. I like the fact that there are 90 capsules in one bottle as I take them regularly and this will last for a while.
The price on this brand is also reasonable and I will most likely continue purchasing them in the future. These are not the cheapest out there, but they are also not the most expensive.

I used to eat the Black Seeds in raw form. I tried getting used to the taste by different ways (i.e. putting honey on the seeds) but I never got used to eating them. Eating the black seeds has many benefits which is why I don’t want to give up eating the black seeds. That’s where these capsules step in to solve that problem! These capsules are a wonderful way of getting all the benefits of the black seeds while avoiding the taste! I wish I came across this a long time ago. Even better that these are non-GMO and gluten-free! Now I just have to get used to the taste that I get from the burps 🙂

I hate handling these pills as they are oily. I drop them frequently because the oil is so slippery. I’ve used many other manufacturers of the same product, but have never had this issue before.

I got this because I read research papers on all the potential benefits of taking black seed oil. I have been pleasantly surprised that it seems to make me feel better after only taking for about a week. I take it in the morning and have also been taking it with a royal jelly supplement and feel a noticeable difference in my energy levels if I skip a day and don’t take it. The only thing I don’t like is having cumin-like flavor if I burp but this would probably be fixed if I took the supplement with a meal.

I’ve been taking this supplement for approximately 1 week. Though it has not been a significant period of time, I can say that I haven’t had any negative reactions to it. In my first week I have noticed an increase in my energy and focus. No other notable physical benefits seen at this time.
As for the supplement’s packaging and general characteristics, I have noted a few things. The capsules really don’t have much of a smell, and the little scent they do have isn’t unbearable. The bottle is so full they’re kind of squished in there, not damaged but you have to poke at them to free them. There is one of those moisture pods in there to keep them from sticking together too much. I can imagine they’d be all melted together if it weren’t in there because they’re a little bit sticky/tacky as it is. They’re a bigger sized capsule, but are smooth, so they go down easily enough.
Not bad, as of one week in. I hope to see some other benefits as I continue to take these.
