When I read that black seed oil promotes lung health, I started taking it on a regular basis. I like to have it on hand for those times I am exposed to smoke, smog, allergens or viruses. I have tried other forms of black seed oil, including capsules and other gel caps. I didn’t like the capsules, because they dissolved too quickly and gave me a nasty cumin-tasting belch. These gel caps are better, because they are broken down more slowly, so I don’t taste the cumin or wind up with heartburn. They are also smaller and easy to swallow.
The ingredients in this supplement are certified non-GMO; however, I didn’t find any indication that they are organic. As an added bonus, these include Vitamin C, which is recommended by doctors during cold and flu season. Besides its natural preservative qualities, the Vitamin E in these helps my skin.
Because “too much of a good thing” can cause problems, I usually take one or two of these gel caps per day at breakfast or lunch time, rather than the recommended amount of three gel caps. Priced at under $17 for 150 gel caps (about 11 cents per gel cap or less than 35 cents per day), these are a bargain, too!

I’ve been attempting to get back into my old routine of taking Black Seed Oil. I recently picked up a giant bottle of liquid Black Seed Oil to not only ingest but to use for hair growth and other cosmetic needs. The liquid unfortunately tastes a bit like Castor Oil for those of you unfortunate enough to have been force fed that at some point in life. So I eschewed that version when I came across Black Seed Oil With Honey Gummies! Those are very yummy and I take the prescribed allotment daily without fail. The issue is that I fear it’s yumminess is likely an indication of a lack of true potency. This brings us to these Tenmido Black Seed Oil Capsules. I think I was blinded by the palatableness of the capsules and inclusion of Vitamin C and E. I unfortunately forgot that the better versions of Black Seed Oil come cold press and in dark glass bottles. I will definitely be finishing what I have on hand but I will conform back to the purest recommended form of this in the future. All this said, I find this to definitely be a satisfactory version of this nutrient and would order again if in a pinch!

I absolutely love the fact that this back seed oil supplement has very clean ingredients with no added filler. It combines Black Seed Oil with Vitamin C and Vitamin E, making it a fantastic all-around formula and reducing the need to take multiple vitamins. I used to grind the black seeds and take the ground powder. But it was just too much trouble and I ended up not very consistent to incorporate black seeds to my diet routine. And now I can take the pills everyday, even when I am travelling.

I take black seed oil for all the benefits it provides which are more then I want to write about in this review, but you can quickly google search. Plus, I take it because some of my other supplements like Turmeric and Vitamins A, D, E, and K which are oil soluble and to fully be assimilated need to be taken with of course a healthy oil like omega 3’s or black seed oil. And this product is a good concentration of 1,400mg of black seed oil plus Vitamin C and E. Lastly you get 150 soft gel capsules in the bottle which is a good quantity for the price.

Tenmido Black Seed Oil Capsules Supplement was my 1st time trying Black seed oil. i was interested in them due to the Benefical effects to Digestive Health and Immune Support. They serving consists of 3 easy to swallow capsules, however they do have a strong smell and caused me a “repeating” back up after effect, kinda like it wanted to burp itself back up. I’m not sure if my elevated mood was due to these, but i did have a “warm” feeling after taking these. When i reduced the dosage to 2 capsules i still experiance the repeating back up after effect.

I caution anyone taking this with having some mild heartburn affects. I generally take this when I’m eating, to help counter any heartburn affects. I don’t have too much problem as long as I don’t eat something that will exacerbate it.
With that being said, I have reduced the dosage for myself and I will take it with other supplements that bI feel this is an excellent supplement and it’s been really great. When opening the bottle you can smell its The soft gels are easy to swallow.

This is definitely a black seed oil supplement. Black Seed Oil is very beneficial, with many uses. It’s one of the best things you can take, even if you’re perfectly healthy. I took this late one evening, and didn’t follow the suggestion to take it before eating, and I burped it all night,plus had reflux with it. So I would recommend taking it early in the day, before eating. It’s much easier to take it in a pill form, than in a liquid. I’ve taken it as a liquid, and can definitely recognize the taste, when burping it. It taste like black licorice mixed with motor oil. I would recommend this particular product, as there’s o doubt you’re getting a good source of black seed oil.
