These Wild Oregano Oil softgels are clear and transparent. The softgels are a medium size oval – about 5/8” (1.5 cm) in length. I found them easy to swallow due to the slick surface. A serving is two softgels and provides 6,000 mg of oregano oil and 200 mg of black seed oil. Each package contains 120 softgels, and I received two packages, so that equates to about a four-month supply. The packages I received do not expire until two years from now. People take oregano oil for different reasons, so you will need to do your own research regarding its benefits. I personally think 6,000 mg is a large dosage, so I will only be taking one softgel per day.

I usually take Oregano Oil drops during the Fall/Winter season to boost my lung health. I got real excited about a pill form, because oregano is such a strong flavor and not one of my favorites. When you open the bag, there’s no mistaking the softgels are oregano, but in your mouth it’s more of an essence. Once you swallow, the taste doesn’t linger very long. I did taste them again about a half hour later, but it was brief and better than when I take the drops.
The caps also contain Black Seed Oil, so you are getting carvacrol and thymoquinone in each serving. I’m hoping they are going to boost my immune system so I can stay healthier this winter.

I ordered this supplement to help me deal with muscles inflammations due to longer runs and a lot of training. It definitely helps with my sore muscles. Less pain, good recovery.
This oil is also known for its antimicrobial properties and combats with bacteria, viruses, fungi. That’s great to have it in the flu and cold season. I’m really happy with the way I feel since I’ve started taking it every day. The softens are easy to swallow, don’t have any scents. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been using oil of oregano in various forms for at least 16 years now. These softgels have absolutely no smell. If you know anything about oil of oregano, you know it has a strong scent. I punctured one to see if I could smell the oregano that way, but still very little smell and smelled nothing like oil of oregano. I’m genuinely confused and skeptical of these. All the other oil of oregano softgels I’ve ever tried have always smelled strongly of oregano.
