Contained 120 capsules. With Oregano Oil I would take one capsule in the morning and one at night. But this has an off putting smell, almost similar to a wet dog.
Having stomach and digestion issues I end up trying a lot of different supplements that (claim to) help with absorption of nutrients, pain and inflammation, nausea, etc.
Oregano Oil from NOW Supplements, Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Natural Grocers works as advertised and doesn’t have a weird smell when opening the container… I will be going back to that brand when this runs out.

Large gel capsules but easy to swallow. Much easier way to take oregano oil as a natural antibiotic then swallowing straight oregano oil. No aftertaste.

and I don’t feel any worse, they said to take when feel this or that but I’m doing daily because I tend to feel like crud all time and I am feeling better like actually trying to live life cause I don’t feel so cruddy

This is a nice combo of black seed oil with oregano oil. I’d like to see more details about where it’s from and some purity testing, given it’s mysterious origins. That said it does have a clear oregano oil aroma, and appears to work well. I’ve had good results staying healthy taking this, even when my kid is spreading school germs around, so I’m going to say it’s got the claimed potency. Price is quite reasonable compared to the numerous similar products on the market.

I have been taking oregano oil for a few years now and recently started black seed oil. It’s nice that I don’t have to take them separately now. These caps are well tolerated, I had no upset stomach or reflux or bad taste.
I’m not fond of the Mylar packaging, it can’t be recycled. But realistically how much plastic bottles get recycled anyway.

These are gluten free and dairy free which is good for digestion. The packaging seems fancy and the softgels are high quality. This is a natural way to improve digestion and immunity support.
