Oregano is not just for Italian food. The oil is a great anti-inflammatory. One of my best friends swears by it. Neither my wife, nor I have trouble swallowing these, or notice any aftertaste or lingering odor on the breath. The resealable pouch is a great design. As the title reads – if this is real oregoni oil, then the capsules are easy to handle and swallow. I like the design of the capsules being stored in a bag, it seems less wasteful and is easier to store. I didn’t notice any foul smells but also no pain relief or health benefits as I’ve only taken the pills for 3 weeks now. If these pills are real, then it’s a good value for money.

Black seed oil and oregano oil are well known for their health benefits and I have been taking them for months, but separately so separately so i was very happy to find the combination of both the oils in softgel form. I am prone to getting colds and flus but haven’t since I’ve been taking these so I think it’s working! I also think it’s helping reduce inflammation. They do make me a little burpy within an hour after taking but it’s not too bad though. The quantity of softgels for the price is good and it seems like a quality product. I would recommend to a friend.
