As the days progressed into weeks, I became aware that this was not only a series of random occurrences. I saw a true improvement in my sleeping habits. I did not have any trouble going to sleep; I was able to remain asleep for extended lengths of time, and when I woke up, I felt revitalized and renewed. Because of this, I was finally able to think clearly and perform at my highest level throughout the day. It was as if a cloud had been removed from my thought process.

There is 1300mg of hemp in each softgel. That’s a fairly good medium average dose. They really are odor free. I can’t really say that these have helped much with my daily pain or stiffness, but I still take this supplement to hopefully and perhaps potentially help. Your personal experience with hemp products is what matters, and yes, our bodies are all different. You may know what dose works for you personally. I like that these have some added omegas (like those found in fish oils), albeit these are not not very potent in milligrams.

The recommended dosage is 2 capsules daily and there are 45 capsules in one bottle. This is a two bottle order.
The capsules have 10 calories, 10 calories from fat and 1g of total fat.
The ingredients are:
Hemp Oil Extract: 1300 mg.
Alpha-Linolenic Acid: 14% minimum.
Linoleic Acid: 44% minimum.
Oleic Acid (omega 9): 8.55 minimum.

The bottle does not state that these are gluten free. They are vegan.
There is no Good Manufacturing Process Certified, No Third Party Testing and nothing on the label about having been manufactured in the USA.
I have had no problems with these Hemp Oil capsules but I am a bit leery of the origin of manufacturing not being stated on the label. I deducted one star because there are a lot of unanswered questions about the product.

I take hemp oil every day and swear by all of the benefits you can read out given a small amount of research. I had been taking a tincture, but saw these and decided to give them a try. I don’t like the fact that you have to take 2 pills per dose, but that’s OK. I actually like the pills better than the tincture, and I’m sure my body couldn’t care less what the delivery method is. Excellent product. Recommended.
