I’ve had a rx sleeping medication for a long, long time and have tried everything under the sun to help cut down on it. I always wake up within 1.5- 3 hours after taking it and can’t fall back asleep for about equally as long. While oleaminde doesn’t really help me fall asleep, it does help me stay asleep and when I do wake up I’m not up for nearly as long. I feel better rested in the mornings and I’m not sure if it’s placebo or just from sleeping better over all but I think it’s been improving my mood as well. I originally purchased the 60 ct through Nootropics Depot website to try and decided to just re- order through amazon a higher count. It appears to be exactly the same and works the same. I use other supplements through ND as well. It’s one of the only brands I trust. If you’re desperate to find something to help sleep, this is worth a shot. I take two every night about an hour before I’m ready to go to sleep. I didn’t find taking just one to do much of anything. Added bonus, the capsules are small! No trouble swallowing at all. I also take magnesium l- threonate at night with this if that helps any, I find it a good combination synergistically and can tell the difference if I only take one or the other.

Did not help me relax or fall asleep faster. Tried these for a week and felt no difference. I even took them during the day a few times just to see if they’d make me feel more relaxed or a little tired during the day. I felt zero effects. Gave it 3 stars bc Idk if it was me or the product. I bought some good ole reliable cough syrup to help get my sleep back on track and though its not very healthy it worked.

Man, I originally thought this was the Holy Grail of sleep supplements. Unfortunately, within a month I became habituated to it and it stopped working. Scholarly research has more recently come out describing tolerance with this supplement. Now, dear readers, keep in mind that I have a REALLY bad sleep disorder, including not being able to fall asleep, stay asleep through the night and waking up predawn if I actually manage to catch a couple hours. Oleamide may work for you for occasional sleeplessness. It just didn’t work for me and my condition.

I have been using Oleamide as part of Steve Gibson’s Healthy Sleep Formula for over 2 years now and started out with granulated version which was easy to take. When companies stopped making that version and powered became all that was available I had problems taking it and began looking for another option. Can’t see me filling capsules by hand but stumbled on to this product I found it easy to take and the quantity right for my needs and this makes the third time I’ve purchased it.

I’ve bought this product for over a year from this company. Never had an issue. Last two bottles I’ve gotten were this same lot number. I’ve contacted the company and they submitted a refund. They get a 4/5 for customer service and a 1/5 for quality of product. They now know this lot seems to be bad and should be pulled. Due to not having a quality product in hand after waiting for too long they get a 1/5. You’ll need to make it right for me to up this to anything other than suck.
