I decided to try this supplement because of the claims for immune support and healthy skin. I am always looking for added insurance during the cold and flu season. The supplement has a slight herbal odor but it is not unpleasant. The tablets are easy to swallow and I took them with a meal and plenty of water. I did not have any issues digesting these pills. There is no way to tell if these actually help my immune system but I feel good taking these pills. Give them a try and they may be beneficial to your health as well.

the capsules are easy to swallow and manageable but the downside is that if you’re very squeamish to strong weird flavors and smells this might be a bit much.
it is sea moss after all so it has a very big aroma to it. i’m glad they didn’t try to hide it with a chemical scent like some brands do.
i haven’t noticed any additional benefits- im taking a pretty nice supplement stack with NAD and grassfed liver and other organ meats as well as a few targeted herbs so maybe if it was in isolation i’d notice a bit more.
a lot of people report miraculous things with sea moss but it’s not really doing it for me. but on the other end, i don’t notice any negative side effects so that’s good.

I have been using sea moss powder in my protein shakes. These capsules are a great alternative option. 2 a day and I’m good to go.

My relative was looking to try sea moss for the first time. When I saw this one I decided to get it for her so she can try it out. So far she says that the instructions were simple and the capsules were easy to swallow. The ingredients look like they are all of good quality and so far as she has been taking them she has not had any negative consequences or reactions. She said that she has been feeling like she has increased energy which is a good sign. I will wait until after the she has finished to the bottle to see how she feels at that point.

I was pleased with the clear packaging, well-sealed and easy-to-read ingredients. The capsules have no smell, taste or texture and are very easy to swallow (not overly large). I noticed no aftertaste or stomach issues after taking it. (A lot of these taste or smell fishy.).

This has Black pepper extract, Burdoch and bladderwrack but not certification of its organic sourcing which is sus. It requires 2 a day which is a normal dose and the capsules are easy to take with no fishy taste or aftertaste (to me). It has a great pricepoint for what is essentially a month’s supply but there are some things added that are questionable. If you are going to claim organic you must be certified. I cant say this sea moss supplement stands out over other brands in its class and pricepoint. I do believe sea moss is a MUST supplement overall and is highly anti-inflammatory, rich is A and C among many other things not listed on this bottle. I will circle back with an update.
The Real Tea –
This simply contains Sea Moss, Burdock Root, Blafferwrack, and BioPerine Black Pepper, which is ideal for me. So many others add other ingredients that can interact with medications I’m on (so I have to space them out a certain number of hours before/after) or are contraindicated for periods before surgical procedures. THESE simply have the 3 sea-related ingredients I’m looking for to help balance my electrolytes and boost my energy. As for other ingredients, I can take them separately, or not.
I feel good taking this supplement. 2 pills a day is easy to remember, I’ve found no ill side effects, I have a bit more energy and stamina, and based on the vast mineral profile of Sea Moss, I imagine this is contributing to balanced electrolytes and feeling better throughout the day. Nothing dramatic, but for me, fewer dips where I feel “off”.
The seller states this is organic, yet no 3rd party certification is provided. If that is important to you, you may want to reach out to the company for certification prior to purchase.
