I’ve been taking these for two weeks so I’m halfway through my bag, which comes with 60 capsules that you are required to take twice a day for a one month supply. My suggestion is if you’re gonna take these, take them in the morning with orange juice or flavored water. The smell of these is terrible, and the taste is absolutely horrendous!
When I initially ordered these, I did so based on the description. I unfortunately didn’t pay a lot of attention to the packaging or the photos of the packaging. I keep them on an end table in my living room, along with some other supplements and pills that I take every morning. It’s where I sit to drink my coffee while I watch the news in the morning. If they’re not there, I will forget to take everything. Since they are on an end table in our living room, anybody who stops over sees them. Several people have made fun of me for the packaging and questioned what I was taking since it says “daddy stamina” very large and prominent on the packaging. It’s pretty annoying. That’s the first disappointing thing about these. Then there’s the smell and the taste that I’ve already mentioned.
I ordered these in hopes of gaining energy because I feel so sluggish this time of year with the cold, overcast weather that we always have here in Michigan. Second, I was hoping for the boost to my skin health. Cold weather means chapped, dry skin, and because I’m aging, I’m starting to get crows feet around my eyes. I was hoping that these would help in someway with that, but as of yet, I don’t see any improvement with my skin. My assumption is I would have to take these for quite a while to see a benefit with that. Because of the taste and the smell of these, I won’t be taking them once this bag is gone.
The one positive thing that I can say about these is that I do seem to have a bit of a boost of energy during the day since taking these. On the flipside, I get much more tired much sooner in the evening and go to bed about an hour earlier than I normally would. That’s not a bad thing, because I’m usually up way later than I should be. So I’d definitely say that I see a bit of an improvement there with both my energy levels and my sleep patterns getting better. Perhaps it’s just a placebo and is making me feel more energetic and as a result, tired and ready for bed earlier in the evening. Regardless, it’s been a good thing. If only they could do something to improve the smell and the taste, I may continue to use these. Although, I do feel like a $1+ a day is a little pricey for a vitamin or a supplement considering these are currently $35 for a one month supply.

I have reached my mid 50’s and I have a long list of health issues. The biggest being Parkinson’s disease. I have been working with my doctors to make sure that I am getting all of the neccessry vitamins and minerals. I have can not speak to the usefulness or help that this supplement may bring because I have not been taking it long.
I do know that the capsules are easy to swallow and so far they have not caused any stomach issues. Unfortunately I am only able to give this four stars because of the poor quality of packaging used to house the supplement. I do not understand why these are not in a recyclable bottle. For one thing the zip closure envelope is very difficult to use for a person with Parkinson’s. It would also be difficult for anyone with M.S. or arthritis. Also, the zip bag ends up in the trash because no one around here will recycle it.
Overall the supplement itself looks promising and I have high hopes for it!

I am getting older (51) and I am wanting to keep my body healthy without a lot of harsh chemicals. I saw this supplement which contains Scottish Seaweed and looked a little deeper into its benefits. The biggest benefits that I saw in my research was having a good source of Iodine and the antioxidants and fiber can help improve cardiac health.

Now, before I go any further, if you are sensitive to iodine, this might not be the supplement for you. I don’t see anything on the package about iodine, but online there are warnings about seaweed containing iodine.
I cannot tell you that this has changed my life or made me stronger. It is a supplement for to aid in a healthy body. It contains good vitamins that you need and adds fiber in a light way. They tablets are not too large and don’t really have much of a taste. No after-pill gross burps (don’t laugh, this is how I determine which fish oil pills I cannot take!)
I have a gluten intolerance, so gut health is important to me. The fiber from seaweed is supposed to assist in keeping your digestive system healthy. Also, taking the tablets did not give me any digestive issues or heartburn.
Now, I don’t know if it is related, but after taking these for several days, my spouse and I had an intimate moment and my “finish” was very powerful and I had an increase in volume in my release. Again, it could have been a really good day but it is possible that the seaweed had some positive effects on my performance. Again, I can’t say that for sure, I don’t have enough information yet to say for sure. If I have more detailed info, I will update this review.

1) I haven’t notice any boost in my energy or “vitality” levels when taking these pills. I feel about the same as when I take my green tea extract pills.
2) Taste terrible! Luckily, you don’t get too much in your mouth before you swallow.
3) Package is terrible. Overly sexual and somewhat offensive. It makes it sound like its for one particular type of gay man. Its really unnecessary.
4) Package contains 60 capsules. The instructions say to take 2 per serving but somehow it says it has 60 servings.
I like the idea of a natural energy supplement, but I think green tea might be preferrable without the racy packaging.
