I have been taking these for 3 weeks . Honestly I don’t even have an indication if these are benefiting me or not. I don’t see or feel a difference but who knows, it still could be working. These pills are easy to take, not too big and no weird taste so that’s good.

I knew that collagen supplements can take 6 months or so to show their full effects, but after taking these for a month I see some results impressive enough that I want to report them.
My fingernails are normally thin and brittle, so I just about always am sporting at least one that has recently broken. Suddenly I have ten fingernails long enough that they needed trimming! Wow!
Even better, though, is the apparent effect on my very thin head of hair. I just had a haircut, and my hairdresser unsolicitedly told me he sees a lot of new baby hairs sprouting on my head.
I look forward to the longer term effects from this supplement, but even these results make me a fan.
The capsules are not hard to swallow and do not seem to have any side effects on me.

This is the best thing ever for a female over the age of 40. Great for your hair, your skin and nails. I went through nine sessions of chemotherapy and my hair fell out. The nurse at the center said to immediately get on collagen and check with my doctor first. And my doctor recommended it along with Biotin and 18 months later I have a head full of healthy mid length hair. You can’t beat this product.

This is definitely one of the best collagen powders I’ve reviewed so far and I’ve reviewed several of them. This powder contains collagen obtained from five different sources which makes it better than those obtained from fewer sources. It has no taste that I can detect. I’ve been taking collagen in various forms for the past 7 months and am now seeing the benefits of it. I’m 63 and my skin has been showing signs of aging and now it’s like it’s being reversed. My skin is much more elastic and youthful so I’m pretty much convinced that if you stick with it you will see positive results.

My husband has nail problems and began taking collagen about six months ago — and what a difference it’s made. These collagen pills are filled with collagen powder. If you don’t like swallowing pills, you can easily empty the pills into a drink. However, if you are doing that you might as well buy a tub of collagen powder, which is far more cost effective. However, if you want a low dose of collagen, and you don’t mind the expense involved, and you like the convenience of a capsule, these are fine. I haven’t noticed any negative effects from taking them. Does this stuff do anything? I don’t know. Supplements are really hard to judge in this respect because it could take months to see results, and the results you see might come on so gradually, and they may not be dramatic, so you may never notice when there are effects. Anyway, I think I’ll keep to the powders mix into drinks because they are easy to incorporate, most of them are unflavored, and you get a lot more bang for your buck. However, these might be a good option for travel if you don’t want to deal with mixing powders into drinks.

I’ve been taking collagen supplements for quite some time, ever since I heard about their skin-enhancing properties, and how they’re popular in Asia. They absolutely do work, but results take a long time to show up. You probably shouldn’t expect to see any changes before at least six months. My skin is amazing now. So soft and supple! I’m an older lady and have thick, lustrous hair and lashes, and great nails too. I can’t guarantee it’s due to the collagen supplements, but I’m not giving them up to find out.
These supplements seem pretty good, especially with multiple sources of collagen. Easy to swallow. Pleased with them.
