Was told by my doctor to take these, because they do not cause you to get diarrhea. I have cancer and have had diarrhea for almost a year. Because of the treatment, my levels are low. I have been taking 4 tablets a day and my levels have not come up once. The only time my levels go up is when I get magnesium by IV.

When this item arrived the glass bottle containing the pills was broken and there were pieces of glass in the pills.

The first two nights I only took one at first but had to take the 2nd one a few hours later because I was still awake. After the 2nd one I fell asleep pretty quickly and slept very comfortably for 7 hours. The 3rd night I started off with two and slept very well. I would recommend two for average size adults.

Sometimes it’s hard to tell when supplements are actually working, like it’s working behind the scenes. It as very easy on the GI system – no sudden bathroom urges. It does make me sleep better, but it not as effective for leg cramps. Been taking this product for almost a year. After all my research this as the most reputable brand I found

I was attracted by the claim that it doesn’t have filler and that it has a apple scent. But I didn’t detect any apple scent and I didn’t like that the capsule is huge. They are very expensive as well.
