These supplements have really helped me sleep. I take two of these 30 minutes before bed and I am able to stay asleep the entire night. Before magnesium I was unable to sleep through the entire night so I plan on continuing these.

I’ve been a proponent of magnesium for sleep ever since I first tried it, and this magnesium supplement has worked great for me. Absolutely no issues with the capsule or quality, it definitely feels as potent as any other magnesium supplement I’ve tried in the past. And the shape and texture of the pills are easy to get down. For anyone wanting their sleep to be just a bit deeper, definitely recommend it!

Easy to take and tolerate with zero bad effects thus far. 5 stars for perceived initial product quality!

I know that I can’t solve the problem of supplements being tainted by only buying ones made in the USA, but I do feel better knowing that the product was manufactured here vs somewhere else where they possibly have ever fewer manufacturing guidelines. Magnesium is having heyday at the moment for “curing” all that ails you, be it sleep, muscle cramps, etc. For sure, if you aren’t getting enough of it in your diet, you will benefit from supplementation. I do not find Mg supplementation to be a magical panacea for everything, but I do find it helpful for not waking up with foot and calf cramps. If you’ve ever been woken from your slumber with cramps, you know how annoying and painful that can be. The capsules are pretty much your standard capsule size, and I don’t really detect a taste or odor from them, however, I’m also swallowing them pretty quickly. The price point of this seems fair, given that it is a 45 day supply. I do wish there was more information on the bottle about being 3rd party tested, etc.
