I suddenly couldn’t find real magnesium citrate, which I’d taken for years, any more.
I tried lots of products purporting to be the citrate form of magnesium, but all were fake. That includes Now brand, and many others. They had all changed their formula. You can tell when you get magnesium citrate because the taste is like a bit of lemon. I tried about 8 different brands. Fake Fake Fake. All were worthless. How they get away with this is a crime. What’s wrong with these many brands that think it’s okay to give us fake pills.
This Bulletproof brand has the only real magnesium citrate I have found.
Finally, my leg cramps are gone again.
I will keep buying this supplement. And thank you, Bulletproof, for giving us a real magnesium citrate.

Why can’t I return the product if it is bad? I got it August the 23 rd ! Today is September 1st…
I have bought this product thru you and thru Bulletproof and now I don’t trust the product anymore. Why is Amazon not accepting returns when something is bad!!!??? Or does not look as it normally does? I will stop shopping with Amazon.

I take magnesium daily to keep the night time leg cramps away. These are capsule form which I like. Each capsule is about 106.6 mg, the dose is three capsules. I like this is some ways as I adjust my dosage of magnesium depending on GI symptoms (magnesium can cause diarrhea). If you want the whole 320mg it is aggravating to have to take three capsules, but you can divide the dose into one capsule three times a day. The capsules are easy to swallow, not too large and the bottle contains 30 doses. This is magnesium citrate which is easier on the gut and absorbs better I think.

This Magnesium is great. I take 3 a day, usually at night. I’ve stopped getting leg cramps and it’s also helped with digestion. Don’t feel so blocked up. I’ve liked all of Bulletproof’s stuff. I take “Sleep Time” every night as well and it’s awesome.
