I’ve been taking these pills since I received them, however not long enough to see a noticeable difference in their effects. However I will say these pills are personally hard to take. They are on the larger side and they have a horrible taste if you don’t swallow them fast enough. Heck, I even feel like I can taste them sometimes regardless how fast I take them. Also, my burps taste like spearmint for hours after taking these. Definitely not an “easy pill to swallow”

A serving size is 2 capsules. There are 120 capsules in the bottle, so this is a 60-day supply. Each serving contains 1,000mg of spearmint (Mentha Spicata) leaf powder. The capsules are a light brown color and have a strong refreshing mint smell. The bottle contained cotton and a moisture absorbing packet to protect the capsules.
