I take this on nights where I know there’ll be some action, and it does seem to give me a little more “fullness” vs no supplement. I don’t really feel a difference in day to day activities, but it does make me wake up with a little something if you catch my drift.

There sure are a lot of male buyers who can’t read. If you want Icariin for downstairs blood flow, you want the TEN PERCENT Icariin. The fifty percent does not make your body part 5 times as hard okay, it works on your whole body generally instead of one area. It says this in the description on here and the ND website. Buy the one that is actually appropriate for your needs. By the way, for that particular function, I suggest you try fenugreek, which is so potent in that regard, that even I, with female anatomy, can feel it very well. If that doesn’t work either, then your ED probably isn’t due to a physical blood flow health issue.
Anyway, I picked this up to see what kind of possible benefits 50% Icariin would have on my health issues that specifically cause issues with blood flow & oxygen uptake, such as ME/CFS, POTS, & diabetes. 30 days wasn’t quite enough to evaluate this product fully so I think I’ll have to try getting back off this and then trying again later to make sure I’m not mixing this up with another supplement, but I think it actually is helping. It appears to have lowered my heart rate by a good 10 bpm, which is a lot! I now have resting daytime bpm in the low 60s which I have never had since I first got ME/CFS in 2009, so this is a very exciting benefit…if it sticks around. It may also be increasing my night SpO2 a little and be helping to prevent big oxygen drops in the daytime after exertion. I also seem to be feeling warmer which can be a plus or minus but could indicate that blood is moving around more.
Some other interesting possible benefits of taking this include: bone mineral density, balanced HPA axis, reduced neuroinflammation & intestinal inflammation, increasing SIRT1 (may be good to add to a NMN stack?), jetlag mitigation. It may be cardioprotective by improving lipid metabolism, correcting endothelial dysfunction and preventing platelet activation. However many of these things have not been adequately studied in humans, so consider it as theoretical.
I had no negative side effects and the label was correct. All in all, I think this may be a great addition to my supplement stack, and while I do wish it wasn’t a pricier one, I think I’m likely to continue taking it to see if these benefits remain over time.

I love using Horny Goat Weed regularly and have done so for years because as long as it’s from a good product, it’s always made life better and for a reasonable price. The average Horny Goat Weed product will say it has 10% Icariin or Icariins and just icariin is the better of the two. Either way, 10% is the common thing out there. This one is 50% and I’ve had a 90% product and believe that or 95% is the highest you can find.
That all being considered the “but” in the header hasn’t anything to do with its quality. It’s because it’s a fine product but, I just wanted to say that it’s still essentially like taking a brand that’s much cheaper and simply takes 2 capsules to get 1,000mg of Icariin, instead of the 1 capsule that is taken with this one to get the 1,000mg’s. I like these but, I’m still trying to see a real difference to justify the difference in price.
I do like it and the quality so, I happy I tried it.

Tried this 3 times. Gave terrible bloating, nausea and stomach issues every time – without the desired effect – I have had good experience with same product from other brands. I usually trust this brand so maybe their product is contaminated.
