I love that this is a natural herb to deal with my chronic depression. I had been taking an antidepressant, but knew I couldn’t live with the side effects for life. I started taking this ad I weaned off of the med, and I believe it’s helped lessen the withdrawal symptoms. I’m also appreciative that their product doesn’t not contain any fillers. They were fast in shipping, and very personable (I received an email directly from the company to let them if I had any questions and also a thank you note in the box). I will be continuing to purchase this brand as the brand I tried from the store didn’t work as well.

It may not the St. John’s Wort but my system. I became very nervous after I took a pill the second time. I don’t know what is good to counteract its effects and maybe take it at the same time, or before?

I’ve been on pharmaceuticals for years, and was finally ready to get off of them. I started taking one pill a day when tapering off Lexapro, and after a few weeks I started taking two a day. I am now completely off all of my meds, and I feel great! These are definitely very helpful to me and I do not feel depressed at all. I was hoping they helped with anxiety as well, but I have not found that to be the case. I’m very pleased with these and would highly recommend to anybody who suffers from depression.
