I personally bought it to help with hot my 🥵 flashes. I was told by my doctors office assistant that she’s heard several women in the office swears by it! Soo have been giving at a good 6 month try – I can’t say it’s helped at all, sadly.
Honestly, haven’t noticed any improvement with my skin either – as most reviews mention. No bad side effects at all. Soo, every person is different, might help you -? But for me, nothing really happened.
