i love that the only ingredients are HPMC capsule and mullein leaf. i do feel a slight difference in my lungs when i take these, but i havent been taking them consistently enough to notice a difference. however i can tell that these are authentic because of the scent. i would definitely recommend everyone who wants to heal their lungs pick these cup and try them out.

I like taking Mullein in capsule form as I know I am getting a measured amount. The two small (vegan) capsules are easy to swallow and take daily each morning. I appreciate the 1000mg dose as well and the fact that they are third party lab tested. I feel that’s important. This particular Mullein supplement has 10% saponins which helps as an expectorant. Not all Mullein supplements include them and it is beneficial especially for me. This comes across as a quality product that is effective as it is affordable. It also has a long shelf life at approximately two years from purchase.
