These supplements are easy to swallow. They didn’t leave any bad aftertaste. The ingredients list looks good. You get a two month supply of supplements. This is supposed to be good for blood health. I’ve been taking this for over a month and don’t see any effects but no side effects either. I haven’t had any blood work so I can’t say anything to the effectiveness. It seems like a good quality supplement at a fair price.

It has worked really well for improving platelet counts and it kicked in pretty fast – within a day or two. Saw a significant rise in the total WBC count within a week. Very good combo of ingredients in an easy to take pill.

The bottle I received lists the ingredients as a 750mg
proprietary blend of papaya leaf extract, pomegranate extract, pumpkin seed extract and wheat grass. The serving size is one and you get 60 easy to swallow capsules so this amounts to a 2 month supply. The bottle came freshly sealed with both an inner and outer seal. I found the product to be of good quality but be aware that this is not just papaya leaf but a blend that does not specify how much papaya leaf you are getting. Given that knowledge I cant say that this is necessarily a good value for the money because I found the price to be high for something that doesn’t specify the amount you are getting of each component.
