2. Doesn’t have a horrible aftertaste when swallowing. It’s practically flavorless.

These capsules are easy to swallow, not too large. I couldn’t taste or smell anything offensive. They did not raise my iron levels, but I have other issues at play. Oral supplements and IV infusions have not even managed to raise my iron levels, so your experience may vary. (I hope.)

Been taking a competitor brand of beef liver with good results, but decided to try these with the added benefit of less capsules per serving. I have not used grass finished beef liver supplements, but I hear the benefits can be worth it. The taste is neutral, no unusual odor or smelly burps.
Everything looks great on the outside… well marketed with a pleasant website and claims everything you want it to be in a supplement. But how about the inside? There is absolutely no transparency. No numbers breaking down the vitamins and minerals. No testing results. Since the FDA is not required to approve supplements for effectiveness before they are marketed, this product leaves me highly skeptical about the contents and claims.
For now, I have not had any digestive issues and have not noticed any differences from transitioning away from a similar product. So I can at least say that from a month’s worth of regular usage. I won’t be returning to use Whole Again Nutrition until they publish additional data.
