Have seen absolutely no results. I used to get the 610mg ones from Walmart and taking four pills(2400mg) a day, I seen results within a week and a half. I was ecstatic when I found these at 2300mg! I have taken two pills (4600mg)😠 a day for 1month and have seen absolutely no results no change at all. Not even a change in smell so I know THIS PRODUCT IS NOO GOOD. Back to the good stuff at Walmart

I believe my milk production has increased by a few ounce per day! It seems this supplement has different effects on different people, but it worked for me. This time the information i found in internet was accurate

My wife takes these fenugreek capsules to increase her milk supply. At first I just noticed she started to smell like maple syrup lol. However, 7-9 days later she started to see an increase in milk supply! We were super happy about it!!!!
I also did some extensive research and found out that they add bioperine (which basically enhances the effect of the fenugreek since it helps the body to digest it). Shes tried a few other brands but this one is more effective and had in 1 tiny capsule more than other brands have in 3-4 to them.
I’m one of those nerds WHO ACTUALLY READS the label. I don’t typically leave 5 star reviews but hands down, this one was worth my time!

They didn’t seem to do anything . They say they are concentrated and each pill is 2300, however I didn’t smell sweet, nor did I notice change. I usually get the fenugreek from walmart with 600mg each and take 4-5 a day and begin to smell sweet in my sweat, urine and my breasts grow about 1 cup or more. Which I didn’t see any of these effects with this brand. going back to walmart.

This didn’t work for me I took it the way the bottle recommended and I didn’t notice an increase in my supply and the after taste is a funky taste

Yes,it helps milk come in,it’s wonderful and you smell like maple syrup. Now I use it for menopause symptoms. This is a great product.

I’ve been using this supplement for several months and here’s what I found (I’m not a doctor, consult a doctor obviously. This is just my experience). First of all, it takes about two days of taking it for it to work. And if you don’t take it for a day, it takes about two days to get your milk supply back up. So I take it every day with a vitamin. I can definitely tell my baby likes the milk way more when I take it so I try to remember to take it daily. However I forget sometimes and that’s how I know when and how it works for me. I’ve also found I can take two in a day with no negative outcomes I can tell. I don’t do this often and if I do, it’s because I took one early in the morning and take another in the evening. It definitely works and I’ll continue taking it as long as I am breastfeeding
