This review is for the TenMid Berberine Cayenne Pepper supplement. Instructions say to take two tabs per day on an empty stomach? This did surprise me a bit, as I always take berberine type supplements with meals. No exception with this supplement either.
I’ve only taken this a few days so I can’t say how its going to affect my blood work or anything like that, but it does seem to be of high quality. It does contain 8 different herbs as you can see from the product description. My main reason for ordering this product is blood sugar control, so time will tell if it helps with that.
I did give just 4 stars as I would prefer it not have pepper, as this worries me a little bit with my sometimes sensitive stomach, but so far so good. I’m thinking taking with a meal helps with that. As you can see from the product description it claims to be from a GMP facility, its lab tested, gluten free, non-GMO, kosher, among other claims.
