This product was well worth the price. I have purchased lemon balm in the past spending a great deal more on the purchase. This lemon balm was a fraction of the price while still being at least equally beneficial, if not more so.
There is no flavor to speak of (unless you chew them, which I did not).
In general I don’t prefer to take capsules or coated supplements because they will sometimes be difficult to swallow (the coating, or gel type substance on the outside will stick to the sides of my throat). I did not seem to have this problem with these. They were small enough to easily swallow for me.

This product seems to be okay. I have been taking it for a week now and maybr I need to cut back on the dosage but, it is hard to focus at times and even makes me anxious. Overall, I do sleep more soundly, so it has helped with insomnia.

I never do reviews for products that I buy on Amazon but this one does deserve a review.
I bought these products because it says that it will help you to be come and relax, but to be truthful it does not do more than what chamomile does I am very disappointed because I really thought that this will help me to relax while I’m working.
I work in a clinic and we have patients all day long complaining, that was the reason for me buying it but like we all know and medicine every person is different and it may be different for you. You can tried as the price is really reasonable so you should give it a try for yourself instead of relying and what other people say, who knows it may work on you..

I was skeptical of this product initially due to the low review count, but I decided to give it a shot and I’m glad I did. I have used 3 different lemon balm products to date. The first was Lemon Balm Force and it worked moderately well, but was overpriced. The second was extremely affordable, but wasn’t effective at all (not even worth mentioning its name). The third was this product and not only is it affordable, but it also is the strongest brand I have tried by far.
The bottle says 3 capsules per serving, but I tried 2 capsules and it calmed me down and put me to sleep quickly. Next time I will probably only use 1 capsule. Most people use this product for sleep or anxiety, but I personally think it would be a little too sedating for anxiety. If you do use it for anxiety, then just keep your dose as low as possible and give it a test run on a day when you don’t have work/school. Just so you know the effects and needed dose.

I bought this for my husband who started a new position at his job and began feeling very overwhelmed and even had a few anxiety attacks. This is definitely a high quality Lemon Balm extract! He has been using it for a few months now and he says he feels a peaceful balanced calmness throughout his day and he can definitely tell the difference when he doesn’t take it. He takes the recommended dose (3) once a day (first thing in the morning). Lemon balm has so many amazing benefits, this specific product has truly helped manage stress, anxiety and tension relief. Added bonus, after doing lots of research I found this company really does strive to use real, quality ingredients which is hard to find. Would definitely recommend trying this if you are looking for a natural way to help manage your stress and anxiety.
