When you or a loved one find they have an inherited vascular condition, you want to take as many preventive measures as you can. Such has been our case and the reason we purchased Florida Health Products’ Purslane Herb Extract.
My wife seems to have her vascular health improving, because her blood pressure readings are within normal limits more often than before after few months of intake. Of course, other supplements she takes, her low carbohydrate diet and a trice a week walk routine might have contributed as well to her lower blood pressure readings. But, the research we did warranted the use of Purslane as an addition to our diet regime. Again, I strongly recommend anyone to do their own research from accredited sources and consult your physician before adding anything new to their diet or lifestyle.
So far, we are mostly satisfied with this product and give it 5 of 5 stars.

I don’t even know why I ordered these. I read that the lead helped with hair growth and I thought if I took the pill version, I would get the same effect. I also read they were good for you internally. I guess I’ll wait until my blood test.

Few years back, and before the 45-minute to one hour, “snake oil” style, vendor’s videos come along on the internet, there was an impressive ad packet sent in the mail, touting the wonders and benefits of their equivalent Pursilane product. And now, found had kept part of the ad, went web surfing for an equivalent supplier. And found there are only a few, as instead, most websites offered recipes and ways to eat “the real thing”. And of all things. most likely found (like dandelions) outside, growing yearly around your house surroundings, which in the northeast USA, is a seasonal thing to do.
So, honestly, have only made one purchase of these extract capsules. And like most of the herbal supplements, are for maintaining good health and longevity, and not touted as “snake oil cures”, found no reason to buy another. And primarily because I am taking other antioxidants, and “reliefers” needed for my elderly ailments.
So, if like me, am interested in making a purchase, go and try it! As found no reasons to not take them daily, other than two advised notices on the bottle’s label. First one: “take only after meals”. And second: “do not exceed recommended dosage”. Why? Perhaps, it’s because in combination with the recommended dosage, and in eating three well-balanced meals, you may exceed the minimum daily requirements.
For when in season, note that including just a 100 grams (3.5 oz) portion at a meal, it can provide the following RDI nutrition: Vitamin A (from beta-carotene): 26% of the DV., Vitamin C: 35% of the DV., Magnesium: 17% of the DV., Manganese: 15% of the DV., Potassium: 14% of the DV., Iron: 11% of the DV., Calcium: 7%. And it also contains tiny amounts of vitamins B1, B2, B3, folate, copper, and phosphorus. Plus, Pursilane is high in Omega-3’s, and ALA, like 5-7 times more than spinach.
So, consider all of the above, but also recommend that one really consider taking these capsules over the winter months.

After much research I found that this product was recommended for oral lichen planus, which is an uncommon disease, and took a dermatologist and oral surgeon to diagnose. There is no cure and after taking for several years I find I have had very little problem with it. I told my oral surgeon about it and now he is recommended for his patients. I will also add that in the state of Ca. you cannot purchase it, because of a weird law. Typical for CA.!
