I have found that these pills have helped me not only to concentrate better, but I have more energy throughout the day. This may not necessarily be because of the supplements, as I do take care of myself well generally, but I did notice an increased energy after taking them than what I normally have. A great advantage to these pills is the fact that they are odorless and tasteless. I’m quite sensitive to supplements that have a taste so this was great. If anyone struggles with consuming these as are, then I suggest taking it with either a piece of food such as bread or candy.
One caveat, though. If you take these and don’t feel a burst of energy or feel better right away, continue trying it for several days and see if you’ll feel better not only in terms of energy but also with a clear head. This was a great deal on milk thistle which is a staple in my household. 120 capsules will go a lot further than other brands we have used so me and my hubby are both using it now. My hubby takes it for fatty liver disease and I started taking for menopausal symptoms as well as for its antioxidant and anti inflammatory benefits.
