I got this to help clear out my system. I was having a lot of stomp cramps that came and went throughout the day, on and off for a few weeks. I’ve never been really regular with going to the restoom, but I never had pain from it. At least not a regular pain that wouldn’t go away. I was honest afraid to use this, because I’ve never tried laxatives or anyother type of thing that makes you clear out your system, but I’ve heard a lot of bad stories. This also said not to take if you are experiencing stomach pain. We had our family vacation coming up, and I just couldn’t keep feeling the way I was, so I took a chance on this.
For me, it didn’t make me go immediately. I only took 1 pill at a time tho, because I was afraid as mentioned. After taking my second pill, I was able to go to the restoom in about 12hrs or so. So a total of 36 hrs after starting. I didn’t go a lot, but it was a good start. I kept taking the 1 pill, and I kept going about every other day. I honestly think it would have worked faster had I took 2. But I was backed up with really hard stools. This did give me relief. &The most amazing thing is, it didn’t cause me any additions pain whatsoever! &It didn’t give me the feeling that I had to go so often that I couldn’t control my bowels. This was huge for me, and the reason I’ve always been so afraid to try any of these products. After whatever was causing my stomach pain had passed, I did notice the stools finally loosening up. That’s really what I needed, as the first couple of times were really painful to pass. If you’re more regular, or don’t have hard stools, I think 1 pill will work just fine. If I were to do this again, knowing how unregular I always was, I would have probably switched over to 2 pills after the first couple of days. I think I would have seen a faster result. Either way, this helped get things moving, and that’s what I needed. It’s been a couple weeks now since finishing, and my stools are still softer, and I’m going more regularly. Still not as regular as a lot of people, but I’m also on medication that affects that. I think I used too much caution with this product, especially giving how gentle it was. I would recommend trying this, but with less caution than I used, as I didn’t get completely empty. But I also know it’s due to how I used it. Horrible reactions to this product are a real possibility. I took 2 capsules as instructed before bedtime with a full glass of water and an extra glass of water just to be safe. Woke up 6 hours later dripping in sweat, feeling nauseous with abdominal cramps. Colon detox products should add bulk to the stool and not cause vomiting. Buyer beware.
