I love the ease and convenience of these all-in-one supplements. It makes it quick and easy to take capsule as opposed to multiple bottles with a capsule of each. This supplement contains Moringa, Turmeric, Ginger, Boswellia, Ashwagandha, Quercetin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, and 4 ingredients from a Proprietary Blend. I love that these capsules have no flavor, but they do have a slight herbal smell, though it is quite pleasant. The recommended dose is 1 capsule a day and they are easy to swallow. I take them with breakfast and plenty of water and have not experienced any negative side effects. Each bottle contains 150 capsules so it is a 5 month supply making it a great value.
I do wish that the vendor included some more information about the potential benefits from these capsule ingredients. These are supposed to support digestion, boost immunity, provide join wellness and enhance overall energy.

I chose these supplements because of the supposed claims of support. Supplements are always an “iffy” item because they may work on one person but not another and there’s always the trust issue of the company producing the supplements and making the claims. For that reason, I am only taking one a day instead of the recommended two. If I continue to have no stomach issues (and so far I have had none) or other unwanted affects, I will start taking the recommended dose of two a day.
The bottle was well sealed with an expiration date of almost two years into the future. Upon opening the bottle I was greeted with a pleasant celery/sweet/spicy mix of scents that was not unpleasant at all. The pills are easy to swallow and are fully filled. So far so good.
There are a few issues with the bottle and company however. The plastic coating over the paper wrapper starts coming off on it’s own. It’s not a full bottle wrap, just a coating over the paper portion that peels of a lot like a lightly yellowish sunburn peel, which was gross.
Also, you’d think a company that claims to be based in the US would know their address but the address on the bottle doesn’t exist. 4855 Maene Ave SE Rochester MN does not exist according to google maps yet that’s the address on the bottle. No where on the bottle does it state where the ingredients come from or where it is packaged which is a little disconcerting.
If you go to the company website there are slick shiny photos of people working in labs and then when you go to their “shop” the links take you to amazon links to buy their supplements. So their website shows you what products they offer but doesn’t actually sell them.
I’ll continue to take these for a while and if I see any improvement in my health I’ll update this review. The same goes if I start to see any problems.

The ingredients in this supplement are excellent for a myriad of health benefits including inflammation which is why I got it. Pure and all natural without any unnecessary additives AND vegan friendly! I’ve been taking this daily for a month and have noticed that my joints are feeling less sore when I’m active which is wonderful! I had been taking turmeric supplements for a while without a noticeable difference so I believe it may be the higher concentration of turmeric combined with the other ingredients that is so supportive. No bad after taste and they actually smell good. Smaller capsules so they’re easy to swallow. Only great things to say about this product and I’ll be adding it to my permanent health routine.

Okay, I am not fully sold on the benefits of the ingredients in this supplement, so I took a star off for that. But, that said, the quality seems high, and the price point is very good considering you get a 75-days’ supply in this bottle.

I would have recommend this product to anyone. For me I like the mixture of turmeric and boswella because I feel it has more benefits when used together. I honestly thought I needed a knee replacement and since taking turmeric and boswellia, I no longer need a knee replacement. When I went to work, I would need to use a knee wrap or brace and I would come home crying in pain. I had to walk up the steps one at a time. Since taking this product, I don’t have to use wraps or braces, and I could walk up the steps regularly. I do not need a knee replacement because I am free from pain due to taking this product. I would give it 10 Stars if I could! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The ingredients are impressive and provide a nice cocktail for focus and energy. I like to take them at lunch on a full stomach and don’t have any issues with them. I will order more when these run out. Very happy with them.
