Hard to say if these supplements are actually doing their job.
After a week, there hasn’t been any noticeable change. However, there have not been any noticeable side effects either.
Struggling with high blood sugar, even with prescribed insulin usage, there was hope that these supplements might help to lower the glucose levels.
Since there aren’t any side-effects, these are made in USA and there is a 2 month supply, I give it 4 stars.
If I notice any changes in glucose levels, I’ll come back and update my review. They may not work for what I’m looking for, but maybe they might help someone else.

I’ve been taking these for several weeks along with my metformin. I can’t say that it has lowered my blood sugar any but some of these things take a lot of time. What I have noticed is my weight is slowly ticking down which is HUGE. I can only assume it means it working but not shown a difference in my sugar levels yet. They are easy to swallow and have no flavor. I’m very interested in continuing to see if results increase or continue.

I like these because I am trying to improve my immune system and enhance my overall health naturally. I researched the ingredients and found out that this is what I want. I find this to be a desirable product. This supplement has high quality ingredients. The capsules are easy to take and very effective. As, I age I feel more aches and pains that I hope this will alleviate or soften the effects of growing old. I also take prescription, traditional, prescribed medicine. I want to try some of these natural and other nontraditional methods. I was advised by the doctor not to mix the two. However, my plan is to give natural products a try. My method is to take tradition medicines on a twelve-hour basis. Then take natural medicine on the in-between 6 hours basis. I will need to get up during the night to take the natural medicines but I am awake periodically during the night.
These natural medicines are mostly unregulated. So, I look for supplements and vitamins that are GMP (General Manufacturing Procedure) accredited. I also check for third party testing. Additionally, I prefer supplements and vitamins made and manufactured in the USA, Canada and Europe.

These are very easy to swallow and convenient to take. You only have to take them once per day and this comes as a two month supply so you get a real feel for if they are going to work for you. I like the clean ingredients.

This seems to be a good quality organic supplement. The fact that it is made in the US and is third-party tested is important to me. It came in a large plastic bottle with 240 capsules, a two-month supply. The instructions said to take two in the morning with breakfast and two with dinner. I instead took only two a day to make sure that I had no adverse reactions. After a while, I increased up to 4 capsules a day with no side effects. They are easy to swallow and I didn’t have any aftertaste. It is too soon for me to know if it helps but if it does I’ll be a regular customer.
It has a health support program on the bottle. You can access it from a QR code you can scan to get a Healthy Recipes Cookbook, a 12-week workout plan, 20 diabetic-friendly desserts, and a blood glucose tracking chart. You have to create an account and give your email to get these so many folks may not be comfortable with that.
Always check with your healthcare provider before starting any supplement.

I am constrained from telling you whether or not this product actually works well for me, lest it be perceived as “medical advice.” What I WILL say, however, is that the Costus Igneus plant has some interesting properties. You can and should look it up on the internet to discover what science says.
This supplement is easy to take, left me with no unpleasant aftertaste, and seems well-formulated. Package has ingredients clearly listed.
Before taking ANY supplement or believing ANY manufacturer’s claims, take some time to research and consult your medical professional. It just makes sense!

These capsules are easy to swallow with no taste or aftertaste, I am just not crazy about adding 4 more pills to my daily routine, but if something works you have to deal with it. I am happy it is made in the USA and is third party tested.
I started out with one just to see what they would do while I am still taking my regular meds, I didn’t want my sugar to bottom out and this is how my doctor told me to try it. I have been using it for several weeks and I have been able to cut my regular medicine way back. I am excited to continue using it to see if just maybe I can cut it out completely. Just because this is working for me does not mean it will work for you and you should always consult with your doctor on how and if you should take this if you are planning to try it.
