These Collagen Capsules are the truth!!! Almost immediately after taking them, I noticed less pain in my knees when weightlifting and just overall. But what I have noticed most is the change in my hair. My hair stylist says my hair has grown a lot and appears stronger (I wear my hair up a lot). My skin looks more supple and vibrant-I do not have wrinkles (yet) so I have not noticed a change in the department. As for nails, I am a nail biter, so I cannot give a proper assessment. The capsules are easy to swallow. I will continue to buy these tablets. Try them!

I have soft bones, which has caused not only a lot of pain, but bone surgery as well. I started taking the capsules last summer sporatically. I then talked to one of The Frontline physicians via phone. This product was recommended. My regular doctor had recommended collagen as part of my daily supplements. I started taking these faithfully at that time with my surgery just around the corner. I am SOLD on this product!! My bones are no longer painful. I have recovered so well from my surgery. I have actually finished with therapy 2 weeks early and I’m 63, with multible fractures from my shoulders down. I can’t wait to get results from my next ex-ray. I never expected this product to aide in damage reversal! I have not received any free products for this review! I rarely do reviews, but hope this will help others in finding help as I have!

A little about me
First off I am logged in under my daughters account(Alex) but this product was purchased by me and for me. I am a 51 year old male, 5’ 6”, 168lbs. I have been consistent with weightlifting 4 to 5 days a week for over 20 years and consistent with cardio 3 times a week for the last 4 years. I can bench press 225 at least 15 times and can run around 5 miles on a treadmill in a little over 45 minutes. I eat a moderately healthy diet and I am consistent with my supplements. I try to lean towards vitamins, minerals and naturally derived supplements over lab created supplements. I have tried many supplements over the years and I am always a skeptic. More often than not I find that I don’t get the advertised benefits. My health challenges include Graves disease(autoimmune thyroid disease) which is under control and early signs of osteo arthritis(I have mild joint and back pain). I am including this information because it gives perspective. Many times I read reviews and have no way to quantify the person writing it so how am I supposed to know if I am likely to share their experience.
Prior to purchasing this supplement, I had no experience with collagen peptides. My goal in purchasing this supplement was to reduce joint and back pain and to potentially improve the health of my joints. I have taken this supplement for about 1 month. After several weeks, I noticed that my knees felt better than they had in years when I was running on the treadmill. I am unsure of any other benefits but this was pretty huge for me. Usually my knees would be a little uncomfortable in the first 10 minutes of a run but I am not finding that to be the case right now. I will continue to take this supplement as long as it is working for me. One warning for others is to take it with food to prevent potential nausea or stomach upset. At this point I haven’t noticed any changes to skin, hair, nails or energy but every body responds to supplements differently.
If you opt for the free bottle(advertised on the cap if it’s still being offered), make sure you check junk email for communications from the company. I thought I wasn’t getting email from them and it turned out it was in my Hotmail junk folder.

I haven’t noticed any change in my joints yet. Been taking it 23 days will give it more time and hope it helps. No change in hair, skin or finger nails. They are easy to swallow, no taste. Hoping they start working.

It was within a 4-hr. time period that I felt great relief after taking this product. My circumstances were as follows: My body hurt so badly in my ankles, knees, and left thumb (arthritis was found in each area by MRI and X-Ray), which made me miserable enough to take a rest break — a nap, until I woke up, which ended up at 4 hours. Upon awaking, there was a noticeable difference in how I felt, physically, in these places that had nothing to do with taking a nap: There was no pain in my ankles, knees, or my left thumb! I’d taken no Rx or OTC pain medication before resting, just this formula. It’s now another day (morning), and I’ve taken the scoop required in a juice that has no added sugars, and I hope that the good physical feeling continues. This product is the purest I’ve ever found, and I consider it superb in many ways: GMP Certified Facility; it’s formulated in the USA (nothing transported in from another country); and, includes the 18 amino acids needed). My wish is that it contained Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and a few B-vitamins; I’ve resolved that concern, on my own.

The product is fine, but on the lid or the bottle it says to text to a code and receive your next bottle free. When I did that, I got a reply that says to only send my email address, and I will receive an email with more instructions. When I replied with only my email address, I got an automatic message that said that what I sent was incorrect. hmmmm. Makes me feel misled. Feel Good 365 needs to simplify this process or correct the errors. I am not necessarily looking for a “free” anything, but if you are going to offer it, you should make sure that your system works correctly.

I am now on my second tub on this collagen powder and my 5th overall. I uses Sports Research brand before I found this one. The two are very similar and both helped with pain relief and stronger nails as well. I don’t think I noticed any difference with my hair or skin and if there is a difference it is minor but there is a definite difference with my knee pain. It is so much better since taking Collagen peptides. I prefer this brand over the Sports Research brand b/c the powder is finer and I think dissolves easier in my coffee. Both have a slight taste but you get use to it quickly. This is a great product.
