I have been taken Cinnamon capsules for years to help support by blood sugar levels. I take the capsules more for support and hope they do some bring some benefits and do not expect more than 25% out of manufactured products. I have taken this brand many times so it has been safe for me and it’s made by Walmart. Capsules are easy to swallow. I am only taking one capsule per day as I also used real cinnamon in a lot of my foods to ensure I get something less processed with a lot of chemicals. I’ve been using this particular brand for years and have always been happy with the results. However, I’ve never taken cinnamon supplements. After recent health concerns were brought to light, a friend recommended cinnamon as a natural alternative. After researching I decided to give it a try and ordered. This bottle will easily last at least 6-8 months! The supplements are not to big and easy to swallow. It took a few days but I slowly noticed my metabolism changing because I was more energetic throughout the day. It’s been a few weeks and I feel great! Anxious to visit my healthcare provider and get the lab results to truly see how effective cinnamon has been for me. Because I’m feeling so good, I’m hoping for good results!

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the size of this supplement. For whatever bizarre reason, I didn’t think about how large a 400 count bottle would be. It’s humongous! Luckily, this is a brand that I am at least aware of and everything else about it is good. The seals were intact, capsules are tight and easy to swallow, and you can smell the cinnamon the second you open the bottle. Everything about this is great. As to the efficacy, that is always hard to determine in any supplement. If you are looking for a long time’s worth of cinnamon capsules, or have a large family who all use this, this is an excellent choice.

I have tried other Spring Valley products but had not dove into cinnamon supplements, however, I’d heard good things and wanted to give them a try. I have confidence in the Spring Valley brand and feel comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to add a cinnamon supplement to their regimen. I find it hard to review supplements based on results since they can often take time to see any results at all, but I can comment on the fact these have not caused any ill side effects or stomach distress. This is my main way of gauging whether I’d recommend taking a vitamin or supplement so I gave these 5 stars and would recommend them.
