I regularly take nitric oxide as a part of my daily health routine, so this supplement is just what I was looking for. The pills are not too big and easy to swallow and it seems to work well. I would be happy to order this again as I continue my health journey.

I take beetroot powder to keep my blood pressure under control, so I had not considered the fact that someone would create a supplement that would actually be used as a gym pre-workout. I tried it yesterday for the first time and was a little reluctant thinking I was either going to have a problem with my blood pressure being too low, which is what I normally use it for or conversely I was concerned that much like many of the pre-workouts I have taken in the past my heart tends to race. I found neither to be true. This was actually a fantastic way to get my blood flowing as though I had almost warmed up ahead of time without actually raising my blood pressure like some of the supplements do today. I’m not saying I walked into the gym and was ready to go. I still had to warm up a little bit, but that little bit seemed to do the trick and I noticed throughout the course of my workout that my blood was pumping well but not like I had consumed half a pot of coffee. After I was done at the gym, I also found my cool down on the treadmill to be a lot more even keeled than it has been in the past. I’m very surprised and intend to continue to use this. So far this may be my favorite pre-workout for the gym. Well worth it.

This is a great alternative to taking straight beet juice and doesn’t leave that nasty taste in your mouth! Will keep using!

I much prefer this supplement over a pre-workout drink or energy drink. The capsule is easy to swallow, has very little to no taste (maybe a slight sweetness?), I did not notice any jitters or feel myself crashing. If you are expecting a crazy burst of energy this is not it. I was struggling to get moving in the morning, feeling super groggy, so I swallowed one of these capsules with a glass of water followed by a light breakfast. Once I started moving around I started to feel more awake and ready to get my to-do list started.
This is not a “get it done for you” supplement, if you don’t move around this will have very little to no effect. However, the more you move the better you’ll feel. It may be worthy to note; I am an avid coffee drinker with a fairly high caffeine tolerance from years working as a barista. I had no expectations for this supplement, what I did enjoy was the very natural feeling of being energized after taking this supplement compared to when I decided to forgo the supplement for a day to compare the difference. I did notice that having a cup of coffee about 30 min – 1 hour after taking this supplement seemed to give a little extra boost without causing any negative reaction.

I enjoy reading the different studies about supplements and natural remedies, tests and trials proving or disproving theories.
After reading about beet root I decided to try it for myself. This brand is established and has a good deal of information on the label so they weren’t afraid to be up front about their product. I like that.
The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no bad aftertaste. I haven’t noticed extreme changes, but I’m content with making this part of my daily supplement routine.
Always do your own research since my physical health might not be similar to yours. You should speak with your doctor before starting any supplement or medications to be sure it’s safe for you, personally.

I ordered these because the beet root supplement I normally take was unavailable. These capsules looked nice and clear when I opened the package. I could see that he purple beet root supplement inside easily. The capsules had no flavor to them. The pills did not have any smell to them either. I noticed the same benefits from taking this supplement as my normal beet root supplement. The only negative thing about these is that they cost .16 per capsule versus .06 for my other capsules. If my normal choice in supplements become unavailable again I would not hesitate to buy these.
