This will calm you down and help you sleep but it also helps get your heart to slow a bit. I like taking it after a quick bite or a meal. I do not usually have upset tummy, but I think my body prefers using with some food before or after taking. Its is also good for Thyroid so I heard, but I didn’t notice any difference as I take natural hormones and iodine anyway. Great for relacing and a sleep aide.

Overall this supplement looks great, but there is a cancer warning on the back on the bottle. Very misleading, because the photos do not show this warning!

After just a week of using Ashwagandha I’ve noticed my energy levels are better, I’m sleeping better, my inflammation in the form of body rashes seems to be getting a lot better, I’m having little to no sugar cravings (usually have a lot) and my overall mood seems to be happier and I’m thinking more clearly.
