I bought this product to improve my eyesight. I have been taking it for about several months. I have not seen any improvements in my eyesight yet. I really like this product, because after taking it, I noticed that my face is glowing and smother to the touch. I already have beautiful skin, but this product has added benefits for the face.
Additionally, I have problems defecating on my own. I take two of these capsules two times a day. Since I started taking this product, I really think it helps to move my bowels smoothly. I also take a probiotic (100 billion) and Renew Life CleanseMore to help move my bowels.

I had serious Biliary issues even tho my gallbladder is finally removed.. I needed help from RAW intakes b/c Enzymes are KILLED with heat- Enzymes are necessary for digestion.. Our Pancreas & Liver make MOST of our digestive enzymes- As a cancer patient..AMLA is great for the Immune system.. I get a little in Triphala once a day..but wanted MORE- I Love having this added Amla in RAW form..& love 400mg doses of it- EXCELLENT Product- I know it’s the best Amla yet..b/c I’ve needed LESS Digestive Enzymes while taking it – I’m sure it’s b/c the ENZYMES are still present as it’s still RAW & Non GMO- Like so many clueless people…I AM SENSITIVE TO GMO products- This IS the BEST AMLA !

I bought this product because a doctor said that this product, together with garlic and vitamins D3 and K2, would be beneficial for heart health. I’ve only taken it for 2 weeks, so it’s too early to give a real review of this product. Results are better evaluated after 6 months or more.

I’m on my second bottle. I’m a breast cancer survivor and learned that amla fruit is a good supplement for this. First, I tried a powder. But it was not convenient and tasted funny. I’m not sure if it’s doing anything for preventing a recurrence of the cancer, but I’ve been healthier this year. I’m a teacher, and last year I was sick 3 times by Christmas with severe colds, bronchitis, laryngitis, etc… This year I’ve been taking the Amla Fruit supplement, along with probiotics and elderberry supplements, and I haven’t been sick yet! It’s reasonably priced and goes down easily, so I plan to keep taking them.

I had purchased Amla once previously from another supplier but it was much more expensive. I read several online reviews Of the Organic Aura brand and all were positive. I like that this is just the powdered fruit with no additives in a convenient capsule form. I began taking Amla to help reduce blood glucose and cholesterol after watching a Nutrition Facts video by Dr. Michael Greger who cited many studies of Indian Gooseberry showing scientifically measurable improvements in subjects taking this supplement. My blood sugar levels (A1c) and total and LDL cholesterol levels were significantly lower after 3 months on a vegan diet and taking Amla. How much did the Amla help? Hard to say, but at this affordable price for a quality product backed by scientific evidence, I intend to continue taking it from now on. By the way, the product arrived securely packaged well ahead of the promised delivery date.
