These gel capsules are large and taste like hot water from the water hose that’s been lying in the sun all summer. But as soon as I swallow them the taste is gone. They stick together in my throat and I feel like I have a big lump in my esophagus for about 10 min after I take them. But to get relief from IC I will continue to take them. It says take 3/day so I was trying to take 3 at once. Because they cause me discomfort I take one then in a minute or two I take another one. I take 2 at night and one in the daytime. If you are reading this you are probably as desperate as I am to stop the pain of interstitial cystitis. I know Aloe Vera works but decided to add the D Mannose after reading about it. Good luck to you and it does get better. I promise you.

Three ingredients and the veggie capsule. I wish they gave a little more detail to the ingredients.
Plastic sealed outside, foil sealed inside .. and this is a FULL bottle. It will last 2 months with the 180 in the bottle … Big Plus there!

The bottle I received had a lot of discolored, dried out capsules mixed in with fresher looking ones. It looked like old mixed in with new. Big quality/safety concern.
I have posted a picture of the lot # on the bottle. It’s worth noting that another reviewer mentioned similar issues with the same batch.

I used this product because I was getting uti’s frequently this last year 2021 I had like 7utis end up in the emergency room 3 times and I didn’t wanted to keep going to doctors they never told me why I kept getting Urinary infections or what should I do to stop getting them so frequently I didn’t want to keep taking probiotics for a long time. Cause as soon as I get done with the prescription a month or two later I started to feel symptoms again, and end up with a urinary infection again 🥲so I decided to try this and I haven’t had a UTI since I started taking it, I drink lots of water take this pills and don’t have to worry about anything else. 🙂

I have IC and was having horrible flare ups for weeks. I tried everything from azo to sitz baths. I finally decided to order these and they worked almost instantly! Highly recommend for ic relief

These are rather large capsules, but I have seen larger. There is a taste, but it disappears as soon as they are swallowed. I had a very irritated bladder but not an infection. These capsules eliminated all the pain, urgency & irritation quickly. I am continuing to take them, but only one a day. 3 a day are suggested which I took for a couple of weeks.
I also cut out highly acidic foods & drinks, but can now consume them in moderation. I do not know if the capsules would eliminate an actual bladder infection.
