For years, I’ve taken oregano, garlic, elderberry and olive leaf in individual supplement form to aid when I come down with some stubborn ailments.
I wouldn’t live without each one of them.
I tend to be sensitive to Olive Leaf. However, my individual capsules are a higher mg. Olive Leaf sometimes causes me gastro discomfort, definitely when I’ve taken it for more than two days. I have to open the capsule and consume half per day.
This all-in-one supplement has a lower dose which should be gentle enough on me that I won’t have any issues.
Black seed is a new supplement for me. I’ve read about many benefits that it offers.

Something I just realized right now when I went to their store link seeking some details…The home page tab states “You deserve the highest quality” and has a big marketing stamp/seal/badge claiming FDA APPROVED.
From what I have read & understood for 30+ years, dietary supplements are not FDA approved. In my opinion, THIS IS FALSE, misleading and again, in my opinion, a marketing tactic to sway the consumer’s trust into purchasing their products.
Don’t take my word for it. Look into it for yourself.
It’s a big red flag for me when any company implies this claim. Not to mention, the label, the store link & any company/brand website information should all match. I’m disappointed as I was looking forward to taking & receiving benefits from a product that has great ingredients listed. 🙁

My problem with taking anything in terms of an oregano supplement was that I would burp up the flavor for hours afterward. These do not do that and I am so happy about it! I love that they have other beneficial things in them, as well. All five ingredients are so beneficial, it’s amazing they’re all available in one supplement. I often have stomach problems and I’m always looking for things to better my gut health. I would definitely order these again. The bottle gives you a lot of information (see photos) and it is nice packaging.
