Large pills but I was able to get them down. Great for weight control. Take with water before eating and I don’t eat as much. Research online for other benefits of taking cinnamon. There may be other benefits as well.

I have been taking cinnamon supplements for years and was recently told about teh coumarin found naturally in all cinnamon. Ceylong cinnamon has a lower amount of this compound. I ordered the Amazing Formulas Ceylon Cinnamon to replace my old brand.
The cinnamon comes in vegetable cellulose capsule and is all natural with no additives or preservatives. It is made in the States so I trust the ingredients. The capsules are somewhat large and a serving is two capsules so you may have to take one at a time. There is no aftertaste at all and I haven’t experienced any stomach upset or other effects.
Supplements can take weeks, if not months, to show any impact to your body. Since I have been taking cinnamon for a long time, I don’t expect to see any changes, but having less chance to have problems with the decreased amount of coumarin.
I think that this is a great supplement. It is made in the US, is all natural, has no aftertaste and, for $14, you are getting two months worth making it a fantastic value.

These gave me extreme heartburn and reflux. This product is just not for me, however, does seem to have good quality, easy to swallow, doesn’t taste bad at all and of course smells good lol it’s cinnamon!

Each serving contains 1200 mg (milligrams) of Ceylon cinnamon.
There is a one-month supply of these Ceylon cinnamon capsules in each bottle, so there are about 2.3 oz of cinnamon total. This is fairly more expensive than just buying a bottle of Ceylon cinnamon powder, but not everyone would want the taste of cinnamon every day. Opening a capsule and tasting it, I could taste the cinnamon flavor, but it was not as strong as I would have imagined, certainly not as strong as the taste of ordinary cinnamon.

My doctor has recommended me to take cinnamon as a nautrual remedy for my glucose health, yet I didn’t figure out at first how to dose myself. Large scoops of cinnamon in my food had me spiced out, and self-capuslation left a bit of a mess on my counters. Fortunately, I was able to find this great supplement which offers pre-mesured doses that come at a really smashing price. Compared to the big heaping scoops I used to have to dump on my oatmeal, these are just two a day, and the capsules are easy to swallow, standard sized, and go down well with a glass of water.
The cinnamon is fresh and can be smelled from the bottle. It isn’t stale or musty in the least and is very robust and piquant. After taking these capsules, I do sometimes get some rather spicy burps, so I mitigate this by taking them with a meal and defenitely plenty of water. These are a great way to dose cinnamon without having spicy mouths, messy kitchens, zesty sneezes, and grubby teeth. A+!

These cinnamon capsules are a good size, easy to swallow and don’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. Ceylon Cinnamon is true cinnamon, which is important when choosing a cinnamon supplement.
