I’ve used a camu camu supplement in capsule form from another company. Which was highly effective for stopping a cold and a serious tooth infection. They both had the same color as this extract and just as effective. But even the camu camu with a slightly brown color is great source of bioavailable vitamin c. Although not as tasty as this powder.

I just got this in the mail today. I’m new to trying camu camu powder. The last one I bought was from micro ingredients and it’s lasted for 2 months. I decided to try this brand instead because I was getting a little more quantity for my money. When it arrived the brown bag was sealed in a clear plastic bag with a barcode. Good thing it was because the brown bag was slightly opened at the top and pink powder was everywhere inside the clear bag. It was a mess. Instead of going through the hassle of sending it back, I just carefully cut open the top of the bag and dumped everything into a ziplock bag.
Since I still had some powder from micro ingredients left I decided to compare the two. This powder was a lighter color pink and had a fruity smell. Micro ingredients powder is a slightly more vivid pink with no smell. They both have the same tart flavor.
I’ll try this brand and see if I notice a difference. I’ll probably just go back to micro ingredients so I don’t have to deal with the mess.

I have been using camu camu for years. This product tastes different and by different I mean better. Previous camu camu has been a tan color and bland taste. This product is pink and has a fruity taste. I take it with msm to increase absorption. I trust this brand so I’m happy with it.

I’ve been buying my camu camu powder from Terrasoul for a couple of years, & it has always been a brownish color. This one is vibrant ballet pink, just like the picture. Makes me feel iffy that there was something added to it, or that it’s not what it says it is. I wanted to give it a chance since it is so much cheaper, but I don’t know if I’ll rebuy since there’s really no way to figure out why it’s such a different color than a fairly reputable brand.
