I bought this because of all the nice reviews. After a week taking it with cottage cheese I developed a nasty itchy rash around my neck area, I stop it got a few days to see if it was indeed this oil then started again and the rash came back. Sad because i had to stop taking it.

My wife and I take flax oil ever since we discovered the benefit it provides for “dry eye” condition. We tried several brands and found one. Unfortunately, I was no longer able to buy it and tried some other brands.
Of all the ones offered, Cat’sFlax Oil was the best tasting for the price. Many of the others had a disagreeable metalic taste.

Even though cap is on tight, oil leaks from the base of the cap. Would rather use a different product because of this.

I use half and half flax and olive oil in my salad dressings as we need both Omega 3
and Omega 6, and flax is one of the best plant bases ones for Omega 3. Like the flavor,
compared to others. tho when one makes salad dressing its not a big problem. The fresh
ground seeds taste sweet and good, but oil goes rancid quick so always keep it in icebox
once you open it, and even before in hot weather!

I tasted it, and it is very bitter, old tasting. Canceling my subscription.
