I’ve looked at this particular formulatio & this is a good & effective combination of ingredients.
This one has all the key ingredients for helping your nervous system almost rewire itself. It’s so hard to destress & relax these days & I look for well known, key ingredients, that have proven themselves to work for that end. They simply chose 3 of the top ones, chose the strength level & didn’t add anything else to complicate or dilute it! Good approach!
Not crazy about swallowing capsules but just 1 is needed, so I deal with it.
The price point for the quality is reasonable.

For me, this supplement is effective in improving sleep quality. The capsules do not contain any “other ingredients,” so you are only getting the three calming ingredients with this. The bottle label shows the lot number and the manufacturing date, but there is no expiration date. Bestvite is the actual manufacturer (USA based). The website for this company indicates that it is certified by NSF to be GMP-compliant. There is also a detailed explanation of what it means to be NSF GMP certified. The website also includes information regarding third-party testing. I would have preferred if a certificate of analysis was posted, but based on the detailed information provided, I am satisfied this is a good quality supplement. I would purchase it again.

This supplement combines three healthful and relaxing supplements in one: L-Theanine, GABA (listed as PharmaGABA on the label), and Ashwagandha. I’ve taken each of these supplements separately, but until now, not together.
You only need to take one capsule: Each one contains:
L-Theanine: 200 mg
PharmaGABA: 125 mg (note: I’ve read that GABA doesn’t easily cross the blood-brain barrier when taken orally, however, it still seemed effective at this dosage)
Ashwagandha: 120 mg
I took this about an hour before I intended to go to bed. The effect is slow, but after an hour, I felt calm, relaxed, and sleepy. I fell asleep quickly and easily and I stayed asleep. Seems like a good combo to me. If you tend to stay up late or get occasional insomnia, I recommend this supplement.

These are great supplements! I chose Calm AF (Advanced Formula) (60 Veggie Caps) – Clinically Studied Shoden Ashwagandha, because I like the mixture of the Ashwagandha, Suntheanine L Theanine, PharmaGABA, and that its vegan. You get 60 pills per bottle. The bottles are modestly priced and are easily affordable for a great blend. Each capsule contains 200 mg of Suntheanine, 125 mg of PharmaGABA, and 120 mg of Shoden Ashwagandha. I’d recommend it!

For the ingredients it’s a bit pricey but it seems to be helping some without any negative effects. Will see how it works over a longer duration.

These take the edge of slightly. Not the best results I’ve ever had, but seem to help. I’ll continue using as I have had no adverse reactions.

I work in the supplement/health food industry so I know what to look for in a supplement. This has several good indicators as far as how its produced. The company is GMP certified which means people come in and have inspected their production facilities, and made sure they are clean and safe. There’s also no other ingredients besides the capsule itself. No fillers, machinery lubricants, etc. which is good. This also includes patented forms of L theanine, ashwagandha, and GABA that have been more researched/studied. They also test their ingredients and final products for potency, so with all that being said, I think the price is justified.
From all the research I have done, this is a good formulation. Vine reviewers cannot make health claims about supplements so I’m not able to go in depth about benefits or potential outcomes. I have used GABA for years and did my research on it. There’s much more than just taking a pill that goes into managing anxiety, but research for yourself to see what GABA, L theanine, and Ashwagandha can do for the body as far as stress goes. I am enjoying this product so far and I just use it as needed on stressful days. The pill itself isn’t huge and has no weird smells or taste to it.

This supplement of three key ingredients has been keeping me calm and relaxed for the past week even under extra stress and pressure. I love the particular well-researched forms of l-theanine and GABA used in this product. Ashwagandha usually helps me for a month or two before I need a month off. But this bottle is a 2- month supply, so that’ll work for me. I appreciate that it’s free of allergens, stearate, and gluten while being vegan and non-GMO. The manufacturing date is 6/24, but no expiration date is listed. These also help me sleep better at night. Recommended.
