We use this with cloth diapers. I changed from the Earth Mama Angel Baby bottom balm to this when my son started to consume more than just breastmilk for extra protection and it has worked well. He loves anything with tomatoes and that makes it hard to warn off red booty. This seems to do the job as long as I use it every change. Will continue to use it moving forward. California Baby is one of my favorite baby product companies hands down. Worth every penny.

This Product Is Truly Amazing!! WE just found Out My Son Is Allergic ato Diapers So Had To Switch To Cloth And He Had A Rash From Being Allergic Along Will A Chemical Burn We Been Fight For 3 Weeks! And This Cream 24 Hours In And Its Almost gone And Didnt Mess Up My Cloth Diaper The Cream Isnt Supper Thick Just Enough Worth Every Penny Will Be Buying Again When He Runs Out!

I bought this and read the ingredient list posted since you couldn’t read it in the picture and read it and it has the exact ingredient I was trying to avoid due to an allergy that was not listed but is on the bottle. Amazon won’t let me return it either unopened in their return window. This was not cheap and now I’m out 20 bucks. Don’t trust it if you have allergies. Sucks because it’s listed as extra sensitive.

we cloth diaper and was looking for a great diaper cream. this cream saved my baby’s bottom when she had diarrhea. any little redness it clears right up with one or two uses. highly recommend

This works well on my son. We used it starting when he was a newborn and still occasionally use it now.
As a note, my son has pretty sensitive skin. For whatever reason, this works for his particular chemistry, but their version with calendula causes him to have rashes. (It’s not the calendula. Other products with it work for him.) Lots of things irritate his skin though, so like with any product, sometimes what works for one kid won’t work for another.

it’s thick and creamy. I prefer coconut oil and mama earth angel baby balm over this but its still good

The product itself has been the best rash cream we have tried on my son’s bottom. He had a diaper rash for weeks and we tried A&D, desitin (purple kind), butt paste, aquaphor. Nothing was helping until a NICU nurse told us to try it. Cleared his rash up in one day!! Amazing stuff, even for the price. It is cloth diaper safe and I dont think it has a smell. Or at least not one that I notice… my only complaint is i wish it had better packaging. The tube is soooo stiff its hard to get product out! About half way through I have my husband help me squeeze the rest into a pot to scoop out. Or it’s a two man job to get the product out the tube!
