Long post from a long time eczema sufferer… I have dyshidrotic eczema on my hands… what I have learned about this particular type of eczema is that it is cyclical and very hard to completely clear… often triggered by seasons changing. I have tried lotions (every brand out there), changing habits and soaps used, as well as prescriptions from a dermatologist. This stick has been wonderful! I am always leery of using a steroid on my hands, especially with young kids in our home. With this particular type of eczema, I do still have to use a steroid at night [helps with the inflammation] but during the day, I have been able to use this skin stick in place of the steroid. The biggest thing I need during the day is a moizturizer and something to apply when the eczema itches. It’s great because I don’t have to worry about picking up our kids and I can easily throw the stick in my purse to use as needed throughout the day. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this product! Only reason the product received 4 stars instead of 5 is because I do still need to use a steroid cream at night during flares.

Great calendula stick. It’s a new process to get used to, basically like a giant chapstick but for everywhere. Very light scent, worked great on my toddler’s chapped lips and my hands drying out from all the sanitizer. So good, my sister stole my extra stick and now I have to buy more!

I love this little moisturizer stick! It smells fantastic! Works GREAT!
BUT – you use a lot of it for 1 application of moisturizing your hands, it is a small stick (bigger than a chapstick, it’s the size of the bigger lip balms) – and the price of it – makes me not want to waste it (use it) while I want to use it all the time.
If I used it daily – it would last maybe about 2 weeks – for the price of $10.00 – that is not really my mental budget for hand moisturizer. $10 for a good month supply of daily use – would be better.
Also – just a warning – it’s a really soft solid – it would likely melt into liquid easy if you left it in a warm place – like – I would not put it in my pocket.
It is a great product — don’t be confused by my review — it’s great – just sharing a few things to know about it.
2 for $10.00 might have me ordering them a lot more.
I use another brand – Dionis – that I LOVE – the lip balm and goat milk moisturizer – $10.00 worth of product lasts about a month or more.

I love this stuff and it’s even better in this stick applicator. I use it on my kids eczema so they stop scratching, I have replaced my face moisturizer with this which makes it easier to travel because I was using jojoba oil prior to this but I was needing something more moisturizing. Outs great to throw in your pocket or purse to have on the go. I bought unscented and the peppermint scent as well which is nice.

This stick is super greasy. I have a lotion stick from another company that I love and will most likely reorder from that company. The smell is really good. I ordered the peppermint but the lotion itself is very oily

Bought for my 5yr old to keep in her back pack for school to help with her eczema. Ideal size, easy for her to use. Helps calm the redness & itchiness of the eczema. It seems to “melt” once it hits your skin, but not in a messy way, for this reason it seems oily, but absorbs into skin very quick. Very moisturizing, definitely going to continue to purchase. This will always be in my daughters backpack!

I bought this for a trip after my coconut oil ruined a whole suitcase. (I had planned to carry-on my luggage, was forced to check it and unpressurized cargo hold caused the coconut oil to ooze out over everything.) It worked great on the trip and ever since I prefer it to any other daily facial moisturizer. Use it all the time and bought more. Smooth, non-greasy, absorbs but moist enough. Perfection. I purchased the unscented. Bought more to carry in purse, etc.

I’m not sure if maybe I was just sent an old, stale stick but both sticks smelled like old playdough to me. I had to return both of them.
