This is probably my first review but if it can help someone the way it has helped me thats great. I used to take 1-2 prescription acid reflux meds a day. Since taking this daily I have taken maybe 4 of the prescription meds total since November! My appetite is cut in half and I’ve lost 23 lbs just adding this daily. I haven’t changed my diet (except eating less because it’s cut my appetite in half) or even started exercising yet. I know it’ll work even better once I incorporate exercising. It’s such a good price why not try it, there’s no harm if you don’t like it. It doesn’t give me any stomach issues like some have said, but if it does just start slow and work your way up. I take 4-6 a day. I haven’t noticed additional energy while taking it but with everything else it’s helped, I’ll be taking it for a long time.

I have to admit…I was skeptical about taking this medication…but friends of mine had taken it and seen great results. I started taking it when I started a diet and exercise routine. Typically I am one that gains all over…and then loses all over. But this time around….the weight thru my hips and thighs have trimmed down considerably compared to my top. I am fitting perfectly into size 6 bottoms…but struggling to fit into my size 8 dresses on top! Stubborn back fat and upper belly fat….but my lower abs are toned and flat….I have lost several inches thru my thighs and hips too! In fact…according to measurements….my bottom is a true fit size 6 and top is more like a 10. I can only say…it was this medication because I have lost 30 lbs…and have been doing both cardio and strength training…..but i have lost more from the waist down…then I did from the waist up. And any woman knows….any weight is hard to lose!

my boyfriend and I both take these in combo with a keto diet plan and exercise. he has lost 50 lbs. I’ve lost 35 all naturally with NO prescriptions for me. I used green tea for an all natural caffeine and extra energy boost. Now, since I had surgery, I’m maintaining my weight goals for now. I will start using these again when I am healed from surgery and I want to lose another 30 lbs for my wedding by next year. I would recommend taking these in combination of a no/low carb, low sugar diet and a regular exercise program. If you don’t do that, then don’t expect these to be magic diet fat burners or pills. they are not, and you have to be committed to lose weight and cut out the sodas too!! Drink plenty of water!!
